Buying experience:- I went to hazipur (Bihar) to purchase the car actually I was exchanging my old WagonR (2011model) with 2016 model. The hospitality was good.
It was my 5th WagonR VXI till date. I started from WagonR MAV, WagonR VXI(2006), WagonR VXI (2009), WagonR VXI (2011) to WagonR VXI (2016).
Riding experience:- Till now I had not faced any issue with my waggy.
Looks:- The perfect thing about car that is its tall boy design, you can perfectly happy with the looks, Performance is quite good. Average depends on driving conditions but i get 13-14 in city and 17-17.5 on highway.
Servicing:- If you are buying 5 lakhs rupees car then you must need to pay minimum 10000 for service p.a (I always change my engine oil whenever I visit MASS so the cost will be higher). The maintenance is very low.
Pros:- Perfect tyre size, Infotainment system, tall boy design.
Cons:- Sometime gear stuck while the car being reversed, Rear bumper quality.

I have take new wagnor VXI AMT his mileage is only 9 to 10 km in local and on Highway 15 km . Maruti service center person check milage on Highway 15 km only. Plz don't purchase wagnor VXI AMT. Before sell sales person told mileage will 20.06 per km.

Exterior Truth is there are many better looking cars in market in this segment, but maruti brand name and the CNG combo is the USP here.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Average, compared to other cars at same price, No luggage space is very bad, manual windows in rear is the worst, easy to drive, front seats are more comfortabale, rear seats are uncomfortable for more than 3 hrs journey.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is good, fuel economy is excellent, you feel the power drop on turning the AC, Gear box is normal maruti, rigid if gears changed quickly.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride is good for front seats & average for rear seats if journey more than 3 hrs, handling is good.
Final Words The average of CNG is fabulous which saves your fuel bills, but have to compromise with ordinary fetaures provided by Maruti.

I would strongly suggest not to buy the new Maruti Wagon R. I bought it in Diwali 2013, and in just about slightly more than a month, the window glasses started making noise. The body is very light, at the slightest touch while parking my vehicle (may be at a speed of 5Km/Hr) bumper got torn off. You can easily make out these while taking demo:
At higher speeds, car starts vibrating and also engine noise creeps terribly into the cabin. The engine is extremely underpowered, you can test it by starting the car and putting on the headlamps, then any activity like putting on power windows or even switiching on the hazard lamps would dim the headlamps considerably.
Maruti has dropped the quality of vehicles lately, as most of us know any Maruti vehicle, even the overly priced SX4 starts making noise and has problems like this. Maruti itself has shown inability to rectify these problems.
Don’t fall in for the cheap offers by Maruti, like Diwali or New Year discounts which effectively only would help you save Rs 20-25K as compared to car in the same range by any other manufacturer. Rather spend that 20K and go for a Hyundai or Honda make and be happy and trouble free for life. I became a prey to this offer and am deeply regretting.

I have just crossed 1000 Kms in this car. Till date it did not let me down any where.
Exterior
The 2011 model is different from the older versions. The looks and headlight designs are catchy.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
The roof material looks very bad to me.
Space is very good inside the car and for the back seat passengers if 4 are travelling.
For 5 grown up indian adults. it is little small.
The head room and legspace are good for a 6 foot driver.
The stepni tyre occupies the boot space, But what i see is, it adds to the safety of the LPG kit tube inlet.
Foldable seats is a plus, when we need more or bigger boot space.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Engine performance is very good in petrol. while in LPG mode the performance when the car is fully loaded is real bad in steep ups. Inside the city with 2 or 3 passengers there is no observable fall in performance.
There seemed to be a problem in the shifting of 3rd gear from 2nd gear in LPG, But it was my fault. I was told by the service engineer to press the cluth completely before changing from 2nd to thrid. After making it a habit, it is all smooth.
Fuel economy is good as far as i have seen in LPG. not checked in petrol. Getting around 13-14 kmpl.(try learning cluth free driving to improve your mileage)
Ride Quality & Handling
I should say the supension of the vehicle is very poor for bangalore road conditions.
The steering response is very quick in petrol mode. in LPG mode you can find the fall in power of the steeing as well.
have gone a 500kms long journey, no tiring there. Touched speed of 130. In petrol the vehicle is normal, In LPG could feel some vibration. At normal speeds of 90 and 100 vechicle is very smooth.
Final Words
A good car for a small tall family. Maruthi service is very good. I say this because i kept the key inside and door got locked with engines running. Maruthi on-road service was able to reach me in 1/2 hour.

Exterior It is a nice car with great looks according to the price you pay for a maruti suzuki brand but again the same problem of backlooks of the car, it looks very small and thin type of car if you look from the back. big doors helps even very fat person to get in very easily. but again when it comes about the box shape, everyone hates wagonr. I am 20 years old and 5ft 10inch still this car overrules me. it have been made extraordinarily tall.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior of this car is quite nice. when you get inn the bold and bulky dashboard welcomes you, but after few hundreds km's the dashboard becomes a huge problem for the driver in city drive. The music system looks cool but lacks in pendrive section. It have an excellent rear seat space master of all its sisters. But still have to do a lot with bootspace and dashboard.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is reasonable but have a verry less power in 2nd gear, its like sitting in a sick huge gaint. It only run 150 kms in 1000rs with ac when petrol is almost 78 rs litre... it is quite dissapointing for a youngster college going student lyk me. gearbox is great... but it should be launched with a 1200cc engine.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality on smooth roads with less trafic is excellent but in traffics the dashboard becomes a major problem, handling is very good i drove my car 250kms in heavy rains at speed of 130kmph still no problem at all. With the use of defogger and rear wiper it became very easy to drive.
Final Words Nice car for family man. not meant for youngsters. best for tall and bulky guys.

Exterior Very good looking,nice & bold headlamps,good front grill,rear washer & wiper,rear fog lamp all adds feature along with safety.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Fully loaded,need very few accessories actually to buy,but the music system has become my nightmare,it played only 30 minutes & start showing cd error,send it for repair on day 8...& to my utter despair,after repair nothing changes..maruti people has again taken it for repair..hope they can repair it this time..can anyboby feel the agony of a buyer who has send his very newly brought in built car stereo for repair twice in the very first month...at least maruti customer care do not..they didnit reply to any of my mail untill now.

Ride Quality & Handling Good,even competes with scorpio in highway for 90 km,good babalce even at 100km/hr.
Final Words Good family car,nightmare for those who loves to hear good quality music....i think maruti cheats us here..they can easily provide a good music system with at least usb facility with a higher price.
