it can be but the type of customer satisfaction they provide doesn’t actually satisfy any of the customer with the real defects i tried alot to get my car Swift Dezire to get rid off the problem of not getting started although its a brand new car and have been checked for more than 15 times by the Maruti Sales & Service but the thing they say is the problem doesn’t come when they check the car i asked for their customer representative phone no. or email id but the answer is they do not have one and if they give you the no. you will not get any feedback or reply from that
and if by mistake they call you for the feedback that hows my car working and get to know that its a real mess for me than they just say sir we will get back to you after taking this to our officials but i receive zero feed backs after that kind of calls so what you can call is Maruti knows only to satisfy themselves in manufacturing cars bad car that all i have to say for this thing please save yourself dont but this
