Exterior Exterior built quality of steel and fiber is very poor and paint quality can be better with doubble coat. This is one specific area where maruthi needs to concentrate as every review will have same observations infact 100/100.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is quite better in compare to its exterior but the plastic quality can be improved and can have much catchy appearence. Front space is very good and sitting is very comfortable and sporty but rear sits are clumsy and having less space for leg room.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox This is one area in swift where hardly any one will complain as the pickup, response and handling of car is very good and very sporty compare any other cars in 1.2 liter segment. Swift can even plan for uplift version of petrol engines with more than 90hp as it is sporty segment. No complain even after driving 16000+ KM in one year in all conditions.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality as already mentioned is very good at par with Polo and superb handling over corners and bad roads. Good suspensions and better controlled car.
Final Words It is one of the best car in its segment with its performance, handling and sporty looks but lacks in its exterior built quality and fair interiors.
Areas of improvement 100% improvement area is exterior built quality and paint quality with some interior enhancements.
Very Good handling, smooth gear box and excellent response on lower and medium revs.Built quality of car as per its reputation, positioning and pricing is poor and requires attention.इक्सटीरियर/स्टाइल्स

Exterior
Exterior, few drawbacks i feel are lack of body coloured door handles and mirrors in lxi model, and ugly design of the boot door, where minor damages can have a direct impact on boot door causing dents.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Interior scores in Features and comfort but lacks in space, a few extra storage spaces can be provided. Now that the base variants comes with ABS and AIRBAGS, i am fortunate to get my car in 15 days for the optional variant, which generally take 2 months as mentioned by delaer. Safety features are top notch with Airbags and ABS with EBD.
Comfort levels like front two power windows, Remote central locking are provided as standard
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
This is one section where i could not complain about maruti engineers work. The engine does the job what it is suited for. The Pick up and NVH levels are fantastic, where u cannot notice the engine noise when car is manuevering. The gearbox is a sleek on with shorter gear shifts and gives u the feel of rigin a sporty car. Coming to fuel economy, i drove a total of 1170kms which city ride is 570kms and highway ride is 600kms. In the initial city ride, the MID was showing an average of 15kmpl. But after the Highway trip of 600kms cruising between 80 to 100kmph with two pax onboard and 4 heavy bags, the average FE in MID shot to 18kmpl, which says that the highway FE is around 21kmpl which is an impressive one for Petrol Car.
Ride Quality & Handling
On the Highway it manuevers smoothly and changing lanes was an easy job which can be done with power steering using a single hand. ABS with EBD is more helpful when driving with an unbalanced load which helped me in few cases on highway ride

The final verdict would be, if you are looking for a car in 6lac budget, go for it blind
Areas of improvement
As mentioned above, boot space and it's door design can be modified. Old design is more appealing

Exterior Well exterior is good, with nice look from all sides.I chose Granite grey colour and found its look very stylish
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort Interior is well balanced, between luxury and cheap, The dashboard looks neat, The seats are proportionate, Instrument panel is not claustrophobic, Music system is ok, Ac is fantastic.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Till now mileage is around 15-16, 1st servicing is over, cant tell much in these areas as it has only been driven in city not in highway conditions.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling is simple, clutch was hard initially but now it has been tuned, but not visibilty of front bonnet portion is a big issue for new driver like me
Final Words Good car for 1st time buyers. Pricing for ZXI variant should be less than what it is now, Built quality should be improved,

Exterior ITS VERY NICE, REAR PARKING SENSOR AND SIDE MIRROR INDICATORS, BUT HEAD LIGHT WE AS A CUSTOMER DONT PREFER AND LIKE THAT GETTING BIGGER SIZE. OTHERWISE AS USUAL ITS ROCKS.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) SAME AS USUAL LIKE OLD VERSIONS, BUT ONLY STEERING CONTROLS ARE INCLUDED AND CUP HOLDER. BACK SEAT AFTER THIRD VERSION RELEASING STILL THERE IS NO PROPER SPACE TO SIT OR LEG ROOM THIS IS VERY BAD THAT THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERING YET.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox PETROL ENGINE IS VERY GOOD SMOTH THERE IS NO BUFFER PICKUP, ITS JUST HIT'S WHAT SPEED U WANT, BUT LONG DRIVE I GET LITTLE NOISY FEEL LIKE DIESE ENGINE DRIVING SOUNDS, MILLAGE I GET ONLY 17KPML WITH AC AND LOCAL 15.5KPML AC.
Ride Quality & Handling GOOD PERFORMANCE VERY GOOD CONTROL, VEHICLE TEAR'S THE ROAD AND FLIES IN AIR, I FEEL LIKE DRIVING AN AIRCRAFT
Final Words VERY GOOD CAR TO DRIVE, BUT IT'S NOT REBORN ITS JUST ADDED FEW THINGS TO ATTRACT PEOPLE.
Areas of improvement REVERSE GEAR NOISY NEED TO LOOK IN ITS VERY WORST THAT NEW CAR GETTING THIS ISSUE, BACK SEAT LEG ROOM NEED MORE SPACE, AND SEATING IT HAS TO EXTEND TILL LEG THIGH LEVEL BECAUSE FOR LONG DRIVE GETTING PAIN IN LEGS.

Exterior Good looking, Stylish.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Front seats are very comfortable with lots of storage area and cup holders all around. Nice bottle holders with some extra storage in all for doors. All the storage areas and controls are easily accessible. Rear seats are not the great place to be there.
Average fuel consumption displayed on the MID is a very good feature and shows almost accurate information. Distances to empty information is not so reliable. One thing I really miss is the Bluetooth connectivity.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very impressive, it is less noisy and almost no vibration, pickup is very good.
Mileage: I am getting 21kmpl. I drive 70% on highways.
Gearbox: Gearbox is very sleek, easy and comfortably reachable.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is not so great it is OK due to a bit too stiff suspension. Handling is very good for both city and the highways.
Final Words Maruti swift is a very good car actually it is a driver's car.
