complaint about my two year old maruti swift, new model

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 spacious, comfortable

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 has no pickup. complained several times at the time of servicing but to no avail. finally, after complaining on the official site, someone came and did minor adjustments which made it a bit better, however the mileage is terrible. even with the so called superior mpfi engine, it is below 10km/l and has been so from the beginning. am highly upset with the much touted service network. no one has shown the slightest interest is my regular complaints. even the regular clean ups and servicing is shoddy

 overall highly disappointing

Final Words

 my 12 year old car of a different brand before swift used to give a better mileage. in 20 years of owning cars, this was my first maruti. never again

Areas of improvement  

 dont know what to talk about since the two main areas are so undesirable - pickup and mileage. all else comes after this
