Great looks, but absolutely bad quality. Avoid.

Buying experience: Excellent Riding Experience: I've driven around 1100 KM in 4 months, mostly because I am hating to drive this car. Very poor driving and ride experience. Very cheap quality interior, Keeps making creaking noises and I've had to send the car to the service center a couple of times within 2 months and 300-400 KM of city driving. Even the break/accelerator pedals make squeaking noise like an old jeep/tempo. Shifting between 1st and 2nd gear is not smooth at all. Lot of starting issues in cold weather, need to try 5-6 times every time to get the car started. Cabin noise: Very loud as compared to other similar cars (tried my friend's creta and XUV500, both much peaceful than scross) Pickup etc: Good enough for city driving, have yet to try it on rough roads or hilly terrain. Paint quality: Dust sticks to the paint, need to wash it, cant simply dust it off with a cloth (my previous hyundai car didnt have this problem) All in all, not at all worth the price tag. Go for Brezza or Baleno in Maruti or some other company all together.
