ABT THAMARASSERY, Calicut(Dist)
I bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI from ABT CALICUT in March 2011.
At 20000 Km we did service( 2 year service) from ABT THAMARASSERY, Calicut(Dist) on April 18, 2013.
After 2 months on July 2nd, on our travel to Calicut. Car broke down. We checked with nearby mechanic. There was no Battery water at all. The Battery was completely dry. We had to install a new battery since the old battery was completely non chargeable and not working.
We contacted ABT Thamarassery, they said they are not ready to do any compensation for this. It is very clear they have not changed Battery water and thats the reason for our terrible experience with Ritz during our jouRNEY.
