Hopeless

Maruti should stop producing hopeless vehicles now if they do not know new technology.

I purchased a Maruti Omni on 11th May 2018 Chasis no XXXXXX for using at my hotel in Manali. As off now we have clocked about 800 k.m. My hotel is a little bit uphill the Highway. This new Omni does not climb the small hill. For Comparison I have an 15 years old Omni which climbs taking load of 5 passengers on the same hill very easily. The Local service station staff visited my hotel in this van and it failed to climb. They explained it this way – This new Omni is BSIV stage and as you adhere by the new pollution rules the pulling power gets weaker.

I am cheated and this Van is of no use for any of my purpose if it does not reach my hotel. My old van is much much better and I think I should use it to carry garbage in town by donating to municipal council.
