Though many people are not pleased with the looks of the vehicle from the rear side, I personally love it's design. The ground clearance along with it's height makes the drive comfortable. The doors can be opened wide, enabling easy effortless entry and exit.
The engine is so smooth that you can hardly know if it's running. Powerful too, because I never encountered any difficulty making it through the high range roads in full load.
The gear shift indicator is indeed very useful that you can know that the vehicle is not at strain if you shift to the next gear.
I found that it has wonderful milage too, because I could travel about 1000 kms, about 300 of it through mountains and tough terrain and about 200 of it through city traffic; with two full fillings (32 x 2 = 64 ltrs), with still about 10 ltrs left. That is about 18km /ltr average.
The side rear view mirrors of base model doesn't have any control from inside to move or tilt it, and that's a major drawback.
Driving Ford vehicles for more than 15 years, I find this compact vehicle very comfortable to ride. It never gave me the feel of an engine in strain, in any terrain.

My petrol delta 1.2 give very good milage more then 22. Seating space, control on drive super, music system, ground clearance also good. Better, big & cheaper then Swift, Wagon R, Hyundai i10, Don't look for Tiago, Datsun. Navneet motor, Ajmer nexa showroom dealar very helpful to purchase new car, test drive. Service and maintenance also good everywhere for maruti cars.

This car has amazing fuel economy my car has given 26 km/L average. All and all this car is good in all ways. Engine is very powerful driving is very Smooth gear shifting is very smooth like butter. I love to ride this car awesome wonderful I would suggest those who wants to buy swift or i10 I would suggest buy ignis delta petrol.

Exterior- good but still maruti can redesign its rear side, side moulding is optional but required to avoid scratches and appealing as well.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)-excellent, a small family of 4-5 it is comforable to move either a short trip or even a long trip. Boot space if raise to 300L more comfortable for a long trip.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Average fuel economy of 19.8km petrol at 3300km done. I feel it is acceptable keeping in view of driving in Bangalore city.
Ride Quality & Handling Riding comfortable, handling is smooth, single riding may feel little bumpy but manageable, turning at short curves, parking is amazing
Final Words I recommend buyers for its fuel economy, comfortable riding both intra city and on highway.
Areas of improvement Exterior rear side should be redesigned, magwheel selection option should be given, option to avail tyre size should be given, Maruti may try to increase its boot space at least 300L.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) NOT IMPRESSED, VERY BASIC INTERIOR. SPACE IS GOOD FOR A SMALL CITY CAR. COMFORT IS OK WHEN DRIVING IN CITY.

Ride Quality & Handling NOT HAPPY, SUSPENSIONS NOT GOOD , THEY ARE LIKE ALTO, NO FEEL OF PREMIUM CAR. RIDE QUALITY IS LIKE ANY ENTRY LEVEL CAR.
Final Words OVER PRICED. PEOPLE LOOKING FOR BRAND SHOULD GO FOR HONDA BRIO, PRICE CONSCIOUS SHOULD HAVE A LOOK AT TATA TIAGO.
I am not at all happy with IGNIS, in 5.25lac many good options available.
NOT ADVISIABLE FOR LONG DRIVES OUT SIDE CITY.
Areas of improvement INTERIOR SHOULD BE IMPROVED, SUSPENSIONS NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT. MUSIC SYSTEM SHOULD BE COMPANY FITTED. BODY SHOULD HAVE MORE METAL. CAR IS TOO LIGHT. SPEEDO METER IS LIKE A CHEAP CAR.
TO MAKE THE CAR SELLING LIKE A MARUTI , COMPANY SHOULD LOAD IT WITH ACCESSORIES WITHOUT INCREASING THE PRICE. TO KEEP THE GOOD FUEL ECONOMY & ALSO KEEP THE CAR SELLING . RIGHT FROM STEREO, FOG LAMP, WHEEL COVER, REVERSE CAMERA etc etc.
