Bold look of the car is much better than the earlier version. I think it looks better than a-star and i-10. available colours are also nice. Dusky brown is the best one.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
I have gone through many reviews before finalizing my car and found many comments that the space is a problem with this car and there are noise in side the cabin. I test drove a-star, i-10, spark and estilo. I didnt found any noise in estilo. even I found estilo more spacious than the other three. Its really comfortable. Boot space is much better than the similar cars.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
I think New k series engine is better than hyundai kappa. I completed 1500 kms in 1 & 1/2 months in Kolkata and I am really happy with my decision to go for estilo. I was getting avg 12kmpl with ac on and 15kmpl with ac off before 1st service (Serviced on 01.02.10). New DPT gear box is a big change. Its very smooth compared to others.
Ride Quality & Handling
Till now I drove the car within Kolkata city and never went for a long drive. Inside city ride quality is good and comfortable. even handling the car in a city like Kolkata with so many buses, taxis autos and ricksaws is excellent.
Final Words
I booked my car on 10th October 2009 after a long research (internet and other sources) from Mohan Motor Udyog, Kolkata and got my car on 10th December 2009. I am very satisfied with my car and its performance. its not possible for a car to meet all ur expectations within limited budget. New Estilo is Value for money car in my opinion. I'll recommend this car if u r looking for a small family car. But everybody have their own choice and opinion.

Exterior ESTILO resembels Innova in looks.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Not bad, but needs improvement. Seats are not very cozy but we wont feel strained even after a long drive . Our old car seats were very cozy but we used to feel back pain after long drives.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have run only 3000 kms and feel poor pickup at low torque so need to down the gear sometimes, but after 3000 kms it seems improving itself. My car gives an average of 17km/l ( city riding with A/C). expecting to get more milage aftr 2 nd service).
Ride Quality & Handling Estilo is very easy to handle in city riding and also upto a speed of 100km/hr. reverse gear sometimes shows a grerrrrrr sound.
Final Words Can buy with proven trust. Value for money.need very rare maintanance. low expensive, a good famly car at a price of 4.25 lakhs. those who say bad about this car will not be its owner for sure.

Undoubtedly, the car comes with great exterior with broad smiling grille, wide head lamps, bright foglamps, body color bumper, which makes a cool combination of stylish looks.

Interior is very comfortable, seating is quite spacious, tall-boy entry is just cool. High roof makes / feels it more roomier. Two tone dash and instrument panel is stunning.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Engine is very responsive and have good, smooth pickup though a bit noisy. I have purchased mine Z E on 1st March 2010 and it is giving me same milage as Alto's. But the gear shift, speciallly the reverse gear is just horrible. It seems Marutis has picked this rubbish gearbox from some junkyard !
Ride Quality & Handling
It is really a fun riding Estilo. I have squeezed at 140 kph on a fine day on highway just for fun and that is its limit also. But speeds kill silently / soundly 😄 so the most comfotable speed for Estilo is 90-110 kph. Power Steering is very helpful @ low speeds and crowdy streets. But the most painful thing is its A-Pillar which is a curse for this otherwise wonderful car. I owned Maruti Alto Lx previously and even it comes without p/s it is just a breeze when driving. I miss Alto whenever I have to steer at tight corners. I have to keep my head / eyes skipping this way or that to have an idea what might be there on turns ! It is awfully dangerous. many times i have planned to sue Maruti Suzuki in court for making such a rubbish A-Pillar !
Final Words
My Zen Estilo Vxi has 4000 done till date. It is highways car, not fit for street driving or specially for hilly terrains. Seating, Engine, fuel efficiency, space, looks-wise it is an excellent car. However, needs improvements.

The Estilo represents Maruti Suzuki matching pace with the changing taste and lifestyle of 'Vibrant India'. The bolder new Estilo, designed to meet the aspirations of the Indian customer, is a heady-mix of sculpted features, bold designs, new exciting colours.
Leading the advanced technological features on the new Estilo are a new engine and a transmission system. Equipped with the popular 998cc K-series engine, the Estilo delivers a superior fuel efficiency of 18.2 kmpl (ARAI test results). This BSIV compliant engine makes the Estilo the second car in Maruti Suzuki stable that meets the BSIV norms much ahead of the effective date, April 2010.
My test was only to check the changes made by the maruti team in the newer avtaar of Estilo.
As far as the looks are concerned the company has give major face lift to the front of the car. The bonnet is litter bigger than the previous version due to the larger K-series engine under its hood. Also the headlamp design has been changes to suit the current fad. Rest of the exterior of the vehicle is same as that of its previous version (except for the provision of rear wipers).
The interior space of the vehicle has not changed even after stretching the length of car by 10 cm (extra length utilized for bigger engine). The interior is not much changed apart from the tow tone color arrangement and some changes in the instrument panel of the car.
Coming to the newer engine of the car which is peppy yet feel something is missing. The new engine of 3 cylinder pumps 68 BHP of power ( increase of 4 BHP from its earlier model) and have torque of 90 NM (increase of 6 NM). The gearbox is also changed but have similar driving experience as that of earlier version. Overall the new engine is more economical and adhering to the new emission norms to be implemented from year 2010.
Overall the company has tried to down play the ZEN and highlight ESTILO branding in the newer version. The ride of the car is smooth and very comfortable to drive specially in the city traffic and will prove to be a value for money for its customers.
