Buying experience and after-sales service review

It's been 1 year since I had bought this car and completed 13K km so far. Pros: Smooth and comfortable ride at low speeds. Spacious Cabin, 5 people can sit comfortably Refined petrol engine Low Maintenance Cost Auto A/C works well Easy to drive in City Good mileage (Around 14 in the city and 17-18 on the highway. P.S It completely depends upon how you drive the car) Buying experience and after-sales service was really good Cons: Engine could have been more powerful Ride becomes bouncy at high speeds and gets uncomfortable for the passenger at the back Low-quality interior (low-quality plastics everywhere. They look good but they are not upto mark) Vehicle bounces a lot at bad roads due to the soft suspension setup. The ride will be smooth and comfortable as long as the roads are decently good. If the road is worse it will bounce a lot and get you tired. Low ground Clearance (While fully loaded with 5 passengers)
