First of all the car exterior is good. But interior fiber materials are of very poor quality. Secondly the seat design is not recommend for people who travel a lot say 400 to 450 kms a day because of the design you will have back pain. For short distance it is ok. Thirdly the tyres sidewall are very hard so at 29 psi air (as recommended by Maruti) it will give a very bad bumpy feeling while driving at normal rough roads. There should be some softness in the tyres to give better comfort. It is better for plain roads without any humps.

We purchased the vehicle on 21St Sept 2017 From Sai Service, Goa, Bicholim, Good peoples. We have added accsesories of 19000/- bucks extra. We bought a Silver Colour, VDi Dzire. Looks very decent vehicle we drove it 1350 Kms till date gives good mileage & comfort also, AC is good, Ride quality is good.
Exterior Good Looks from Front $ Back, Sufficient Headlighys, Good Dicky Space
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plastic Quality is low, Good Music System, Steering Mounted Controls, Airbags, Seat belts Compulsory light, AutoCop
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine gives littel noise inside, Good Fuel Economy(25Kmpls wuth AC), Easy Gear Shifting.
Ride Quality & Handling Good, Handling is very easy even in traffic but take care while driving on bad roads because low ground clearance
Final Words Good Vehicle on bad thing is low weight
Areas of improvement MS must increase some weight as it gives srability while driving in high speed. We have run 1300 Kms till date but no problem faced.

Exterior From the outside Dezire looks like a combination of few cars. Front resembles that of an Aspire (however the grill is lowered) / mini cooper. The back is Ciaz(also the older City) and side profile is Baleno. This is generally what Maruti does - new car is always a combination of few other ones. I truly don’t find it Dezirable. it is just an addition to a long list of Hexagonal front grill design.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good space, low boot as compared to other cars in this category - 410 ltr+ in Xcent and Tigor. Two tone dash board. the design though has many edges on the lower side making it look odd. Only top end version has touch screen with features that are available on all cars launched recently.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox As claimed by Maruti this engine has high fuel economy in its segment (about a KM more per litre) in petrol. The deiseal one gives around 28. light weight has contributed a lot to it - almost 100 kg Lighter than outgoing Dezire, this will also result in good pickup. Gearbox on all Maruti cars have been good always.
Ride Quality & Handling Not driven it. however lighter weight car of a car which was already lightest in its category...wonder how stable it will be at high speeds.
Final Words If you are a Maruti fan... go for it. Else there are other options in this category offering better package.
Areas of improvement Expecting a genuine new car from Maruti... They are taking consumer loyalty for granted.

Exterior I purchased this car last month & fallen in love with it.The car is having great looks. The front look is totally changed. The rear side is also good.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The quality of interior has very much improved. Fit & finish is excellent. The features offered in top end model are amazing.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is very smooth. The sterring is equally smooth. AMT works better. Mileage is not yet checked by me. AMT is very useful in heavy traffice as we do not have to press clutch again & again. AMT is the need of time.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is very very good. Car takes care of bumpy roads. Keyless entry is awesum. Features like auto headlamp & navigation system adds glory to the car.
Final Words Real value for money. Go for it. It will give you complete satisfaction.You will feel pround in owning this car.
Areas of improvement AMT gives slight jerk at low speed.
