I bought this car in April 2018.Sarathy Autocars officials were very friendly and owning a car was a breeze. I have driven almost all models of dzire since beginning.Compared to the predecessors ,the current model is having lower stance,light weight and quiet agile.Thanks to the new lightweight and compact platform.Fiesel engine as usual is the one of its kind, a perfect blend of performance and power.No comments on the crash ratings.The car handles well on highways and cities as well.I think the comfort level increases with the number of passengers. Pros 1)Lightweight body,improved mileage and handling 2)Sporty flat bottom leatger wrapped steering wheel with wooden trims 3)Healthy amount of side bolstering in front seats. 4)Adequate boot capacity for a family car 5)Maruti Suzuki's wide chain of service centres and durability offers peace of mind. 6)Rear AC wents and charging sockets will be very much useful for rear passengers while going out for a family trip. Cons 1)Suspension is stiff when driven alone without co passengers/luggage. 2) Braking is not at par with the competitors 3) Back seat bolstering could have been improved. 5) Top models are too expensive. 6)Steering wheels have only tilt adjustment.

I had brought this car 1week ago. It was my choice to buy. we went to maruti suzuki showroom service was excellent. when i drive this car i was so happy that the car was running so smoothly and silent . i had very great experience that time . although cars looks are simply awesome and attractive. maruti has took changes in this car's look which nice and different from previous one.

I hav bght this car 10 mnths ago. Riding experience is good. But the quality of vechicle is pathetic. complete interior is being getng bad so fast and most important during rainy season the boot of the car is gettng filled with water where even the spare tyre is completely sunk. and this water is spreading inside the car both driver side and the floor mat gets wet. Has complaint to the service centres so many time and have changed the service centres thrice. But they asked to change unneccesary parts and the complaint still exist. Bcoz of this problem the car smells like a hell and am gng to sell it soon!

Factors like buying,riding,looks,performance,service and maintenance are the main considerations of maruti suzuki,so the customer simply prefer and buys it but he/she did so at the cost of safety.The new cars like the dzire vxi is one of them.If you look deeply there are lots and lots of features and space and everything in comparison to its rival segment cars.But what let the company gains much profit and max features.The reason is safety....if you check the car deeply-the front & rear bumper is cheap plastic,the bonnet is metallic,the curves on gates are of thick metal and rest is of thin metal.All these reduces weight and costs of the car and the company install extra features of that cost.This politics is played by the automobile company.The next is NCAP crash test is held at 64km/h to test safety but no one feels the accidents take place due to relative velocity of vehicle(sum of speed of vehicles coming from opposite direction) which simply maruti cars can't bear.

I am a new learner, but driving this car was a very beautiful and amazing experience. The car is so smooth like butter to drive even for the new driver. I would suggest the vxi model for all middle class families and buy it surely, its design and class is worth the price.it willl surely mesmerize all of you and would definitely win your hearts.
