My ciaz is a 2016 model. It's a top end diesel ZDI+. Now it's 58000 km and running. The service cost at every 10k km is 5k to 6k max.
Tyres
The standard issue tyre is 195 55 R16 but I have upgraded to 205 55 R16, now the roadgrip has increased and the vibrations felt inside are very less. The standard issue tyres are like low profile and not perfect for Indian roads but an upgrade will be perfect. I was given Goodyear accelere and drove it for 50k and then upgraded to Pirelli P7.
Have a beige colour interior which is hard to maintain because gets dirty easily. But it feels more spacious with beige tone so it's worth it.
The cabin is sealed and noise from outside is clearly filtered out. No engine notice is audible even after 58k.
Infotainment unit is touch screen which is very good but now there is lag in touch response when Bluetooth is connected.
Handling is very good. But acceleration is not very sporty as its rivals, maybe mainly because it's a family oriented car, which explains the lavish interior space.
The boot space is tremendous. 2 single cot mattress (folded) and 2 Jerry cans can fit perfectly
OR 2 large airport bags and 2 backpacks.
The point is it's very spacious. Tried and tested.
Mileage:
City 16-18kmpl
Highway 26-27
Pros:-
Mileage
Spacious
Value for money
Easy to maintain
Spacious boot.
Cons:-
Not sporty like it's rivals
(But it's not underpowered)(perfect tuning)
