      Initially ciaz car was d best I thought. After completing 85k kilometres within 3 years ciaz diesel engine consumes 2 liters of engine oil for 4k kilometres. Then I have checked three cylinder piston Nd rings are completely damaged and weaked turbocharger. I have complained this issue to higher level very bad customer service. Please don't buy Maruti Suzuki vehicles their engine can't even survive for 80k kilometres such a worst quality products are providing by Maruti to consumer. After 2012 manufactured vehicles are Maruti own engines. Then only these kind of issues raised. I had a very bad experience to buy a Maruti brand. I have spent 11 lakhs to buy this car now it coated me more than a lakh to repair this car. It's a piece of trash.

      Hi guys... initially and infact iam not a big fan of maruti suzuki. The only thing in my mind was while entering showroom is its MADE IN INDIA and we can get easily serviced the car but the showrooms are not expected as others car showroom do.. but but the all things are wiped when I took test drive the CIAZ. It's totally fantastic in terms looks, performance, comfort, driving and most importantly budget friendly.. when you travel you feel a true sedan that you need to experience yourselves by ciaz drive. That's all guys

      Buying experience was good as expected from nexa. Car has good very good low end and on tap responses are very good which makes overtaking a breeze. The car is very stable at alarming speeds of triple digits (150 km/h). Mileage is also better than most cars in its class Overall it offers good combination of mileage and performance . This car is very comfortable and absorbs anything the roads throw at it .LEDs make the car look sophisticated and provide good visibility . Diamond cut alloys also make the ciaz look upmarket and premium and the car has abundance use of chrome. Servicing is average like other car brands nothing special. Con is the body roll which comes because of suspension which is ultra soft and absorbs bumps very well but when you drive too fast while changing lanes or show it a corner in fast speed . But it chassis supports good handling and straight-line stability is rock solid . Sheet metal could also be improved at par with what vw offers. Overall summing up the car is value for money and ciaz alpha is the best buy at its price point with good amount of features and the car is much better than So called SUVs.

      Frequent alternator breakdowns with a replacement costing 50k. Had to change thrice resulting in a loss of more than a lakh. SHVS and hybrid models of Maruti are a no-no. Think twice before buying

      Excellent car in this segment with new hybrid 1.5 engine. By far the longest and spacious. May be drivability is not as good as verna and engine not as refined as the city while its not far behind in those areas, it excells in other areas where city and verna fall short rear seat comfort, mileage, maintenance and vehicle cost. Luxury interiors, rear ac vents from base model. Good nvh. Small downsides driver seat adjustments not very impressive, not the best of suspensions but talk about value for money, milege, service costs and Maruti reliability, I would say 5Star rating. Maruti has produced a noteworthy facelift especially the petrol version.

      Bought a 2nd hand ciaz petrol zxi when it had just clocked 2000kms. Pros- very spacious, good features, great mileage Cons -POOR handling, Steering does not auto center I have been facing the steering auto centering issue since 7000kms. Showed it at many maruti service centres and they deny the problem. My vehicle has crossed 33000kms now. The problem gets worse with time. Atlast one service centre told me this is how Ciaz steering is and nothing can be done about it. My hand starts aching within a short span of drive, forget going with this vehicle on hair pins. This is a manufacturing defect. DO NOT BUY CIAZ. Maruti has to do something about it. I wrote to maruti people and Nexa people and they are least bothered

      The car is good but unfortunately the service centers are not equipped to handle high-end cars. Mileage is very poor, Headlights are worst, No provision for headlight adjustment which is a part of even lowest-priced car but not provided in this high-end car. Very poor service experience

      To start with I purchased my Ciaz from Reliable Motors Nexa Outlet in Dhanbad Jharkhand. The process was very smooth as I had to visit the showroom only once before taking the delivery that too just for booking my vehicle, the vehicle was delivered to me on the promised date. I am a driving enthusiast and my running is mostly on highways and drive close to 3200 to 3500 kms per month. Ciaz has never let me down on highways in its power output, comfort or mileage. I have driven this car for 700 kms at a stretch including bad roads of Bihar but never felt that driving talking a toll on my energy levels. Such is the driving comfort of the car. The only major mechanical change in my car till date is of the front brake pads.@ 25000 kms . The car has done 35000 kms till date without any mechanical problems. I am fully satisfied with the performance.

      It's been 1 year since I had bought this car and completed 11K kms so far. Pros: Smooth and comfortable ride at low speeds. Spacious Cabin, 5 people can sit comfortably Refined petrol engine Low Maintenance Cost Auto A/C works good Easy to drive in City Good mileage (Around 14 in city and 17-18 in highway. P.S it completely depends upon how you drive the car) Buying experience and after sales service was really good Cons: Engine could have been more powerful Ride becomes bouncy at high speeds and gets uncomfortable for the passenger at the back Low quality interior (low quality plastics everywhere. They look good but they are not upto mark) Vehicle bounces a lot at bad roads due to the soft suspension setup. Ride will be smooth and comfortable as long as the roads are decently good. If the road is worse it will bounce a lot and gets you tired. Low ground Clearance (While fully loaded with 5 passengers)

      Gear box broke after 40000 km and costed a packet. Paid 1/4th of the car price just for a gear box. Also parts are not easily available and took many days to get the same. Am extremely unhappy with the car and the company service.
