      Excellent road grip, lot of leg room - spacious, good look, super colour - Nexa blue - decent mileage in Petrol version - ideal family car for city / long distance. Good customer service. Great value for money - sturdy and smooth - excellent wheel base for a safe driving - latest modern communication system with touch screen etc.

      Exterior It looks good, the door handle looks old. It needs some modification.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good interior with enough space and comfort. The car driver seat has good facility of reducing and increasing the height. It is much useful. The Audio system fixed in the car sounds good. The Audio gives High quality of Music.The A/c flows Good. The left side of the driver seat has enough space.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The Engine sounds Good but i have not check the milage, the gears seems to be soft to handle.

      Ride Quality & Handling The Riding is so smooth even in the speed of 100kmph its good and nice to handle.

      Final Words Excellent approach of Mr. Karthikeyan. he explained detailedly about the car. his way of approaching is Good. He respects nicely. Moreover he is a good person for the growth of nexa. 

      Areas of improvement The car door handle does not look nice. it needs some improvement and modification. The car needs Some modification in the front side. The rear side of the car looks good.

      True review after having a 25k mileage with Ciaz diesel ( zeta or zdi): Fuel consumption - 18.7 in city 80kmph - 120kmph = 25kmph 120 - 140 = 22 kmph 140 + = 20 kmph Ride comfort : Till 130 perfect car 130 + - I had vibration problem but after several fight with service center that prob got resolved After prob resolution no vibration till 185kmph Top speed - I tried UpTo 190 But streering is poor compared to Verna , rapid and vento After 150kmph - steering will not support much .. Break : worst break. Here after compulsory bench mark needed for 100 to 0 This car has poor brakes , hence you need to be cautious when above 100 + Maintenance cost : not much difference to skoda or Volkswagen or Hyundai My first paid oil change service cost 16k Comfort : Gear shift is little hard Front seat comfort is good Rear seat head rest need improvement Suspension is good Rear AC vent didn't support much Dislikes: Ground clearance Break Likes : Fuel consumption Comfort Boot space Suitable for family of 4 or 5

      Great buying experience with Nexa. This is our 4th car. Been traveling in the car since a few months, 20000 km in less than 6 months. Took this for traveling a lot with driver Getting average fuel efficiency of 25 on highways and 20+ in city. Good space and comfortable back seats. Ride quality is great. Noice levels in the car are ok. Performance is good and is easy to overtake on highways. Can maintain a stable 100kmph under 2000 rpm & feels smooth with low engine noice.

      I was looking for a sedan with decent space https://auto.ndtv.com/research/cost-to-own Of all the sedans of its class, he TCO total cost of ownership over a 5 year period, the Ciaz is the cheapest to own. The driver seat is quite sad since it is placed so high that for a 5ft 10" frame, you will find legroom inadequate if yiu tend to sit close to the steering. The position of the door hand rest, central hand rest and the steering wheel are not comfortable. With your hand resting on either of the hand rests, you may not be able to reach the steering comfortably. Mine is the petrol variant and is extremely underpowered. As you accelerate, the engine noise intrudes into the cabin. The body roll is also quite bad. Make sure you test drive on bad roads and have someone wih you that can provide adequate feedback. Also ask a friend to drive and see for yourself. Move the electric windows up and down and see how the whole frame moves. Open the engine compartment and you can see the road. Suzuki has drastically brought down weight by such methods. Speakers are not too good either. The switched and music system and even the switches on the steering are the same as present on the Celerio. So you don't get a premium feeling on this car. The Nexa experience is quite a farce. The sales persons don't have much information about the vehicles. They have not been trained adequately. I was not assisted in transferring my NCB from my earlier vehicle to the new one and lost money due to this. I now will have to try and do the same on my own. Buy the car if maintenance charges is your prime concern.

      Buying experience: Nothing special about buying from Nexa. The same Maruti salesmen wearing suits, may offer you juice or a cold drink. They don't know much about the vehicles. Never met anyone who goes above and beyond to sell the car. Riding experience: The car is underpowered. Its suspension is quite elevated/good-clearance (you still have to be careful with the front bumper which is a bit low). The car shakes you about on bad roads like a rad doll and should have had firmer suspension. The engine (petrol) becomes quite noisy when accelerating and at high speeds. The door-handrest and the central-handrests do not allow you to reat your elbows and touch the steering at the same time (bad). The metal of the body is paper thin with inadequate sound deadening. Wing mirrors have a narrow field of vision. Legspace for the driver is quite inadequate if you are above 5ft 10in. Head room in the rear is also lacking. Details about looks, performance etc.: I like the looks. Servicing and maintenance Pros and Cons Cost of mainrenance is decent. Mileage in city driving is 13 km per liter of petrol (Shell regular).

      1. Earlier I was planning for i20(D) but one of my friend recomend me that you can buy a ciaz at same price point. Then I visited my nearest dealarship. I like the car in terms of space, mileage,ownership cost, servicing.

      2. The ride quality of this car is good for highways but in city rides its not good its seems to stable at triple digits speeds but you loose your confidence once you cross 120.

      3.It has longest wheelbase in its segment & has good space. Looks are very simple and sober. Perfomance is not much good in its segment. If you are looking for perfomance then verna should be your choice. The NVH levels are bad. Engine noise came inside the cabin. The cabin looks premium but doesnt feel. Quality is not upto mark build quality is poor. Body can crushed easily.

      4. Service cost is affordable noy so high and not so cheap.

      5.pros- space,mileage,cost of ownership, servicing& maintenance, ride quality, handling. Cons-engine perfomance(if you are keen driver), build quality,engine noise, feautures (6airbags, drl, sunroof) etc. Interior get scrached eaisly.

      Price must be low Driver seat not comfort. Neck pain problem Suspention not so gòod as new car after 30000km Breaking system is amazing Look excellent. Service is not so good Auto mirror fold must be all model Top face lift must Back seat roof ac must be in car Reverse parking camera must be all model.

      I bought Ciaz vxi+ in March 2017. The experience of the first car with my own money is great. With around 14 litres petrol used to drive around 270 kms on highway. Every thing is great about the car except for the light body. Runs great even at the speed of 180-190 kmph. It gives best average at the speed of 80-85 kmph on highways and 45-55 kmph in cities. Overall a great purchase for me.

      Purchased on car during Aug 2017. Nexa experience to own was great. My first driving experience is memorable one. I used to have ford figo which had huge cabin noise. This car was silent inside cabin and comfort inside cabin was some thing to remember for long time.

      Many times I wonder honda city though leader in this sedan class, ciaz is something must not ignore. You may not get great cabin expeirence inside honda city except for it driving pleasure.

      Looks of ciaz is great in side view, front looks needs improvement. Excellent quality, Wonderful space both in front and back, 3 person can sit comfortably, Good music system.

      Nothing to complaint it has power for normal driving. For Race not suitable. Great economy - City 20 Highway - 23 KMPL, Less gear shift distance, easy for long drive, Good noise insulation.

      Average pickup, Great road grip, Stable even at 140 Km speed, Good breaks. Great car. All required feature of sedan car.

      Engine power, LED lamps, DL, Front grille upgrade can be improved.

      Good leg space, comfort, economy, Stability at high speedLooks
