Exterior Excellent design. Aerodynamically very good. FM anteena is inside the body which is not in other cars.   Ground clearance is very good as compare to other cars in simillar varients.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfort of this car is luxurious in this segment, seating comfort, riding comfort is very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent perormance, Fuel economy is good in this segment.

Ride Quality & Handling Awesome ride quality and balance,  ABS, EBD control, steering control, tyres quality is very very good.

Final Words Overall Ciaz is a very good car good milage . value for mony. Nobody can say its a bad car. Service Engineers are good and attentative. I greatly appreciate the effort of your company especially your sales representative Mr Vijay raj. Your great customer service is highly appreciated.

Areas of improvement GPS system can be introduced in this model. Engine power can be further improved little bit but its ok.

Perfect car for family as well as good for long journey v amazing, good suspensions. Good StabilityFront arm rest is littel bit short. It may be slighly long for hand rest.

I'm thinking of purchasing alpha petrol version one. Exterior look is perfect, interior also perfect. But there's something missing like touchscreen gadget is sometime very slow even not responds, and there's no adjustable headrest in 2nd row not even in alpha version also. I request NEXA to take care on this two missing points.

Exterior shape of the car is very good. gives royal look. definately a head turner. Very large boot space, I am not a technical person. as an average indian i am very satisfied with the milage ( i have diseal VDI+ model) and it gives 20k.m per litere of diseal. pick up is good and gear shifts are easy. Maruti speciality is low maintainance and it implies to this car also. alredy done with 50k k.m and average service charge is 7000/- for every 10000 k.m. but I give service at 15000 k.m and I have no issues.

Final Words Very much satisfied with the car even after 50k k.m, the car looks fresh. no need to change tyred for another 25k k.m. Resale value also looks good(presently I got offer of 7 lacs) AFTER 3 YEARS OF USAGE.

My personal view is it is one of the best cars in its segment.

Maruti shvs hybrid technology is too good.great mileage in disel variant. A complete pakege car in c segment sedan in best and lowest price.another brands. So I love this car.

Believe me bro first time I dind not like the car as it high price. But while my father decided to by this car I simply agree with him. After many days I come to know that the car is very good. Mileage, style, speaker of the car shoked me. If I have to say in songle word the car is amazing gift for me from my papa.

Its being amazing by buying this car. Amazing facelift have been came with a luxury wooden finish and also a new design with different colors and fuel efficiency in brilliant very smooth drive with amount of leg room as well as boot space in much bigger as comapre to other cars amount of well base nd length new tail light looks like bmw

I have purchased it on March 2018. I have experienced that the rear seats are very comfortable. I have completed 10000 km. It is giving me 18-20 kmpl in Highways and 15-16 kmpl in City roads which is far better than its competitors. The service cost after completing 10k km is around Rs.4000 which is definitely low than its competitors service cost.

This is very comfertable to drive and full featured car to long drives and for travel maximum and has fabulas look from each sides . this is fuel efficiant cars on high speed like 200kmph
