Exterior Exterior are Good.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior are ok.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel Economy is Very very bad... On diesel CIAZ company claims average of 28 kmpl but actually it gives a mileage of 14 kmpl.... Also engine noise is too high.
Ride Quality & Handling Air conditioner do not work if your car is SHVS. Air Conditioner work as an air cooler.
Final Words In all not worth buying ..... better buy Honda City... Atleast they will not make false claims of 28kmpl average and what they claim City hovers around the same. Moreover when you buy a car which is worth 10 laks you expect the air conditioner of the car should work but when you purchase the car you realise that A.C. is not working properly and whenever you press the accelerator air flow from A.C. vent goes for a toss.
After all this i contacted the Rohan Motors service manger at their Sector 52, Gurgaon workshop and they say A.C. is like that in all SHVS Ciaz Cars and also that average of 14-15 is good enough.
Areas of improvement Average..../ Frauelent advertiesment claiming average of 28 kmpl. / A.C. in SHVS models. Moreover Maruti Sales staff is also makes false claims for average.
They say that your car average will improve after 3rd service but in actual after 3rd service it tends to decrease.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious, decent, bright, comfortable, specially for rear seat passengers.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Enough power, do not expect a racing car Or performance car, good power for a family sedan, Satisfactory power, 12 to 15 implies, Automatic.
Ride Quality & Handling Steering not coming back to center like true power steering. Brand new car, facing problem since day 1, dealer and Maruti denying the problem. Unsafe and uncomfportable to drive. Hand and neck starts paining within 20 minutes of drive.
Final Words Do not purchase Unless taken a drive of car being delivered to you. Be very careful.
Areas of improvement Maruti Suzuki should recall the cars and solve the steering problem than deleting negative reviews from internet. Dealer has been harrasing over the issue, not ready to replace the steering or car, very badly handled case. I am in contact with customers who have faced same problem and been denied solution by Maruti Suzuki and dealer. Something big is cooking. May be afraid of recalling cars and admitting problem. Safety issue.

Exterior I bought the car in Dec 2017 and I am extremely disappointed with the car after driving it for two months.
My biggest complaint is about the driver side door. I have to literally bang it every time to close it. A normal swing of the door does not close the door and you may be swinging it multiple times normally before banging the door closed in anger. :(
I am told this is an issue faced by lots of Ciaz Owners. So please watch out before you buy.
The front grille is boring and old looking, a bane of all Maruthi cars. Lacks artistry. The rear is good looking; has an uncanny resemblance to the Honda City's rears. And it appears that the Swift Dzire and the Ciaz share the same rears.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The Cons first: Plastics at the bottom on both sides running along the length of the car underneath the doors and the workmanship are of poor quality. The joints between the plastics don't close properly and one piece projects out. You have to be careful getting out of the car not to get hurt hitting the projected plastic and not to break the plastics as well.
Secondly the AC is disappointing. I think it is undepowered on a 1.4 L engine and you feel warm even in Dec/Jan (winter months). Am just worried about the prospects for the summer.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy is nothing to write home about. Compared to claims of 18 KMPL etc, I think on road fuel economy is around 12 KMPL. In these days of ever climbing petrol prices, this is a rip-off.
Final Words Disappointed with the car compared to the excitement that I had before purchase and during the first couple of days of purchase.
