Suspension Problem from Day 1

Final Words I bought a new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz VDI+ (9.44 lacs) on road price in West Delhi. The delivery of the car was made on 2nd October'16 just 2 days back. On 4th October today, I left my car with showroom with a complaint that the car is making a noise from left sidet and that the sound is unusual and indicative of some problem in the suspension.

After road test, I have been told by the dealer service advisor that the problem was with bush of the suspension which will be changed today only in their workshop and your vehicle will be delivered by today evening. Now, I have been informed the part is not available and vehicle will be delivered by tomorrow evening.

On further research on the net today, I have read the same kind of experience from other customers also, which clearly indicates that the problem is just not with me but in the product supplied by Maruti Suzuki.

I would request everyone please do not buy CIAZ.
