I purchased a used Celerio Diesel earlier this year. This car is the most unique car in India. It has an 800cc, 2 cylinder Diesel engine. The average this car gives me is approximately 27 kms per litre. Honestly, I do not understand why Maruti discontinued this model. A 2 cylinder Diesel engine is almost like a motor bike. Yet this car has a good speed, terrific torque, easy to drive and maneuver. I am going to keep it as long as it lasts.
