Nexa customer service is awesome.. they make u feel like they value you. Atleast I can say that I my case. I did test drive for Alpha MT and also purchased the same.. riding is far better then other cars in this segment. As they say Tech goes bold they truly mean that.. first in segment features and also increasing safety aspect make it go to car for many first time buyers and as well as for repeat ones.. Maruti is know for there service and easy maintain cars..
