Maruti - A Big "NO" Brand

Overall car is not at all trustworthy. I had frontal collision at 50 km/h speed from front.. entire chassis bent but air bags failed to deploy. Car went to service center not less than 30 times in 2 - 3 years but series of problems are still continued. The worst part is Maruti personal called themselves TSM are seen saving their jobs just by putting high level of harassment to customers. They even do not accept their faults and the service is very pathetic. After last servicing started some strange noise from rear wheel side. Earlier they said that due to dust this noise might appears and cleaning is required. Post that issue reappear after 3 days. This time they replaced rear shock absorbers and charged 5600/- . Next day again same noise reappear. Escalated to nexa, maruti, maruti CEO Mr. Ayukawa etc but again seen TSM making statement like shit that shocks issue depends on driving rough or bad roads. I only drove 27k kms and within the city limit only. 5k kms was only wasted during testing of car for more than 30 times in service center. Also it was with Service station for not less than 90 days. I personally advise not to waste your money on Maruti cars in any condition. I will never take any model of Maruti brand vehicle in my life and I suggest the same to my relatives/friends as well. A BIG NO... Worst experience...
