Well as this is my second car at the time of purchase I visited Tata, VW as well Hyundai but the relationship managers attitude and how they solved my query is the most important factor while I choose baleno. As well I drove car 23000 kms found comfortable as well spacious also got a mileage of 18 kmpl on highways while ac is on and 16 in the city. After-sales service is damn good as they keep a record of each and everything suggested some changes in driving style and now going to buy ignis this month just because of showrooms service as well coordination of relationship manager.
