Issue with Music System

Is there anyone else facing Bluetooth connectivity issue with Music System fitted in #Baleno Delta 1.2?

I am driving #Baleno Delta 1.2 for almost 2 years and now suddenly, i observed that there is Bluetooth connectivity issue especially when I am trying to connect another mobile (already paired). Since 4 months, I am following up with #Maruti and #NIPPO (Music System OEM).

Today, I got a call from technical team from Delhi HO of Nippo and told me that second device connectivity will always be a problematic. reason being.

1. As per Indian Safety Standards, the mobile which is paired and connected with Music System will work seamlessly and without any Bluetooth connectivity issues.

2. When the car is in running condition, then second mobile can not be connected (although paired already and after disconnecting the first mobile), because in running condition, Bluetooth Adapter is disabled(as per safety standards). So to connect it, I have to bring car to a halt, have to turn off the ignition and then connect the second mobile. So much for connecting second mobile!!! PHEW.

I called up Maruti Technical team at Factory Level and they also confirm this.

Request you to please let me know if such safety standard exists or it was an attempt to hide design flaw.
