Buying experience: Was a long waiting period of 4 to 5 months. Apart of that, everything was ok.
Riding experience: Good but very light car.. u can feel it when r on speed..
Details about looks, performance etc: Look is great. Gear box is very responsive
Servicing and maintenance: Very average in Bhubaneswar. They never finish the work on time.
Pros and Cons: Con: very poor built quality of the body.. car can be destroyed even if you get hit by a bicycle.

Ok best car with cvt engine. Good driving performance. Good looking new model with new excellent colours and features. Exterior looking good with Crome lining. Having back viper ect

Value for money. Good average Maitaince free. Good interior. If you want better driving experiences don't think soooo just go for Baleno it's so wonder dream car. I love it. Soooo much

I buy baleno last year and my buying experience was great. The staff is very polite and co ordinate with me. I experience a great service from maruti. The ride quality of baleno is amazing you love the riding quality of baleno. I recomend you baleno over i20. It looks awsome and killer. But its service and maintanance cost is littlebit high but its ok. Only a con of this car is you get rear camera only in alpha varient. Maruti has to provide rear camera from zeta variant..

Exterior Good looking.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good looking.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Okay okay.

Ride Quality & Handling Good. Suspensions are not so good.

Final Words Milage is very less. No support from Maruti on this. Think of other car options. Company should provide tested milage figures and I request Maruti to call off all such car's, Check why their car's are not even giving 15 KM milage when they have claimed 21 KM in their selling ads everywhere. I am ready to send my car back if they call me. My Car service Center is Pune does not have any solution when I enquired about it.

Areas of improvement Milage is very less (11 Km) for Baleno Zeta AT car.

Arm rester is provided but its very short..its not comfortably designed as it is done with other cars. The suspension is very cheap quality. It need to improve. Company should provide reverse camera at least for Zeta model when they are charging so much. Volkswagen is selling its automatic diesel top model at 9.50K while Baleno comes for 9L for its petrol version. Need to rethink maruti on its price version. MIlage is very very less as compared to Maruti's original claim in its ads.

DesignMilage is very bad

Buying this car was an instantaneous decision. The test drive was enough to get me to buy this one. The space, the style, all good. A refreshingly new thing from Maruti Suzuki. Fast forward to few months. You experience that the build quality is not that great. Sure, they made it extremely light, but they compromised on build quality. Second thing which is a pain is the suspension. It's bad. You feel every small pothole, can just zoom over small bumps. It would creak. The service is painfully dissatisfying. They don't even wash your car sometimes (happened with me twice). I gave it to another service station and they pointed out that all my brake pads had worn out and had to be replaced. MSIL service centre never checked it.

Look wise exordinary and gives feeling of riding a premium luxury car and milage is good in mid price segment it is the right choice compare with Ford freestyle and maruthi Swift and desire I felt comfortable and felt luxury in baleno and boot space is good interor is excellent the only draw back is it's front v like shape it should be changed.thank you
