Exterior Average,Except logo everything has to be improve,body have to be improve(tends to get scratches easily).
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors r poor but have space &comfort.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Smooth Driving,Milege is Average,for long drive its good car in milege and comfort. I like this vehile to drive for a long trip rather to drive in city traffic.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride & Handling is Good..Good to handle in high speed.
Final Words Good car in sedan segment in this price,family loved car because of boot space and inside space. Feel comfartable to drive,pickup is good,cute logo..in short - value for money in sedan model. Good vehicle for middle class family.
Areas of improvement Interiors & Exterior Looks,Body. If exteriors and interiors will improve more, then this vehicle gets more sales. If this vehicle comes in some more good shape then it will increase its demand. Noise comes from inside while driving slowly.

DON GEORGE: GREAT VIEWS I am using this model for past one year. I would like to say the engine capacity of this car is very good I am getting 22kmpl. Interior and dicky space is very good compare to other. And also good in driving. Wiper blade is too long so it is very goog in rainy time. Now I finished 20,000 -kms. Defaults. Body is not all strong, back side is not in good looking, now I am getting dam sounds from engine, Fog lamp is not there in this model, ground clearance is very bad, sometimes I am getting pulling probem. I am using white color. What I can do for make it to get good lookzz, and also I would like to do skert and filter if anyone knows more about this plz. Contact me: 09633616186.

Exterior Looks of the car are its biggest let down. Quality of finish & paint technology is not good. Just after few months it looks as if very old car.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is good, Though interiors wont impress you. Wont give you impression of solid compact car.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good. Slow in initial gears but on higher RPM no difference between this diesel car and the petrol car. Mileage is excellent. We are getting 19 in city with AC and 22 on highways with AC. Engine is one of the best.
Ride Quality & Handling Good, But on higher speed doesn't generate confidence.
Final Words Best Engine, Space and Value for Money but don't give you any positioninig which Linea or Fiesta gives. Looks are average which is biggest let down.
Areas of improvement If not exterior but interior should be refined. Tyres could be wider and improve ground clearance.

Drove my 1.6 glx logan from Goverdhan (Mathura U.P) to Delhi, just to cut the route I went from a shorter route from Chata (near Barsana a village in U.P) the roads were actually bad, 40 to 60 ft road with all farming land on both the sides, actually I was afraid at first because there were no repairing shops or any kind of people or traffic around to help in case of breakdown, but it was amazing experience i didn't feel as if I am driving a sedan I felt like driving an SUV, didn't feel any threat crossing potholes. Just an amazing feel for about 35 km. It was actually fun, very comfortable even, must drive this car. Now presntly my Car already did more than 55,000 km in 2 years with visits to Delhi to Nanital, Delhi to Jaipur, Delhi to Rishikesh. The truth is I loved it, the drive, the mileage.

Exterior LOGAN ERTERIOR IS GOOD. NO PROBLEM WITH THIS. SOME PLASTIC QUALITY IS NOT VERY GOOD BUT OK WITH MAHINDRA. THIS CLASS OF HEAVY VEHICLE THE INTERIOR QUALITY IS NOT BIG METTER COMPARE WITH FUEL ECONOMY.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox IN LOGAN RENAULT ENGINE IS VERY REFINE ENGINE ,I LIKE THE FUEL ECONOMY AS WELL AS SHIFITING OF GEARS ARE COMFORTABLE.
Ride Quality & Handling IN 2ND DAY WHEN I PURCHASED LOGAN I GO TO RAJASTHAN FOR 900- 1000 K.M DRIVE NO PROBLEM WITH A.C GOOD BOOT SPACE AND SEATING CAPACITY.
Final Words IN OVERALL RANKING I GAVE MAHINDRA RENAULT 9 OUT OF 10 NUMBERS. MAHINDRA LOGAN IS GOOD SEDAN IN HIS COMPARISON VEHICLES FROM RATE WISE AND FUEL ECONOMY WISE.

Exterior Box type rear end, but luggage space is jaw dropping. I own a Java brown version and I really have to admit it command attention and I enjoy it immensely. I had an friend who was on the verge of booking a Maruti Swift Desire. After he witnessed what he could get for relatively less sum had purchased a Logan instead.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good and toned, boot space and rear seat leg space is also good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent on fuel economy, handling and response. I had clocked 23.6 but now it is delivering a steady 22.5. Slightly sluggish till the 3rd gear after which it is a treat to to ride. I have seen comment on the Power Steering being hard, but I differ in this comment. I have also heard that the Bosch Fuel pump incorporated after Jan 2010 which does not match upto the french original, but then again if it has to be service or replaced, better to stay with what is available in the market
Ride Quality & Handling Comfortable and gives a mighty feel good factor. The only problem I have been facing is the differential wear on the rear-left and front-right tyres. But then this can be attibutes to the tyre quality also.
Final Words Best value for money for the segment it serves. My first service was at TVS which was horrible. They did not even touch the vehicle and pocketed the first service slip. Subsequent services have been with ITL Motors and their service has been impeccable till date.
Areas of improvement Clutch is little too hard. For me slight improvement in the packaging would be good for servicability. Recently I had a problem of water in the diesel filter.Access to the filter is limited. There is huge blind spot for the driver. Also the direction of the wiper swaying can be modified. The brake is hydraulic so it u cannot pump it after is engine is switched off. This can be problem when parking on a steep ramp, if we do not know that the vehicle has been braked with the hand brake on and the gear shifted to 1st. I am not sure if there is method to do so.

Exterior The has decent exterior with good paint finish which has not given away since 5 years I have owned the vehicle . Renault has proved why they are known in Europe. Looks like a decent European car. Some would say rear is boxy , but by passing time , you start loving the look.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Simple is the only word . Lacks the posh looks 7 lakh+ sedan , but is decent for a person who buys the car for performance and not looks . The window and other control switches are slightly akwardly placed , but one gets used to it . The space in the car is good . Comfortable rear leg space. 4 people can sit easily . Surprisingly this car has more rear leg space than its younger sister Duster.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is really good . As is with all the modern diesel vehicle the low end torque is bit sluggish , but after 1500 rpm , it is very responsive . It picks up even at the touch of the accelerator . The engine is underutilised and could have been given more torque at lower rpms . Good FE of 19-20 kmpl on an average . The gearbox is not exactly smooth , but seems to be sturdy and gives a lot of confidence . A slightly hard clutch which gives a message " dont press me complete" . If one learns that , its a cakewalk . Braking is very good and give lot of sense of confidence.
Ride Quality & Handling It is a very comfortable car for both city and highway drives . It is a no nonsense car with a good suspension and responsive power steering.
Final Words All in all, it is a no nonsense car made for the people who give preference to performance rather looks and styling. The car has a superb built quality much better than the indigenously manufactured cars.
Areas of improvement Lack of ABS , Service centres , Mahindra should not have cannablised the car to promote the types of Xylos and Boleros.

The advantage in The Car is That it can be fitted with CNG , The Extra 1 Lac For diesel Version Cant Be Hustified . The Break Even point May Be At 1.5 lacs Of Kms Which In Todays World is Impossible.
