Final Words

 Good vehicle, but service experience very bad.

I drove the vehicle about 700 kms in a strech. Good control, comfortable journey, but AC pathetic. Completed 11000 kms, no major complaint other than AC. AC cooling is not sufficient as compared to the size of the vehicle. Long drives gives good mileage approx 13-15 kms

Overall rating - A good vehicle, Value for money, but service nees improvement,

 AC too bad, Less Mileage, No quality in service, complaints not attended during service - SKS Automobilies, BG Road, Bangalore

Complaints raised are not properly attended during the service

Customer's are not attended on reaching service station. No reminder calls if service is due.

No signages towards Waiting area for customers in SKS automobiles, BG road, bangalore.

No one directs customers towards reception.

Rear door was open on delivery after service. Tyres were wobbling even after wheel balancing and wheel alignment two times. No testing done before handing over after service.
