Only problem with this car is its suspension. Every small hole on the road will be felt accordingly to its size n shape. Clutch is little bit hard so every service requires a check over it. Otherwise wonderful space and driving experience. Zooms outs on the road as fast as u will feel in its pickup.

The car is the one of the best selling SUV in the premium SUV segment. The xuv 500 has mature styling car with access of space on 1st and 2nd seat row . Good highway and off road trip

No other can beat XUV 500 in its price range, the best comfort in the 2nd row. Driving an XUV 500 is the best ever experience among all in its segment. Just love to drive and drive. Best car in India, I love XUV500 best car for the family use. Comfortable for a long drive, pick-up is good. This is an amazing car for all XUV lovers.

The best experience for a adventurous person. It's best for the enjoy the speed of it, smooth engine and also adventurous. Its worth of money each penny.

The interior is awesome but the suspension and noise management is worst. The noise outside is not perfectly managed. So it gets inside and no speaker in the last row. No boot at all. Innova is the best alternative as I already have one. The ride in Xuv is very jumping and the third-row comfort is 0. The seat refinement options are very less.

I had bought the XUV500 W4 in April 2017 from Royal Motors, Kolkata. My purpose of buying this vehicle was purely for occasional outstation use. After driving for nearly 7000 km in the last 1.5 years, I put forward my thoughts: 1. The vehicle is not AT ALL RELIABLE. I am no longer very confident in taking my vehicle out, as explained by the low miles on the odo after 20 monthe of purchase. I had to visit the service center almost 10 times in the past year and half for one issue or another. Major problems included front right axle change within one month of purchase( wobbling and vibrations at speeds over 30kmph), and a faulty brake booster which was changed recently after the vehicle refused to slow down even on hard application of brakes. Please note, I had to take the car twice to the workshop amidst a hectic schedule, as they were unable to identify such a risky issue in the first visit. During the second visit they kept the car for 7 days. Apart from these issues, the ones which required regular visits to the workshop were body panel alignment issues(both interior and exterior) which made all sorts of squeaks and rattles when the car was running. 2. Driving experience is very smooth sans niggles, the diesel engine is one of the most refined in the segment. In fact it is only a few of the good things about this car. 3. Clutch travel is very long. Puts strain on the legs in stop and go traffic. 4. Service center personnel are patient and try their level best to achieve customer satisfaction. 5. It is the low quality of parts and sloppy quality checks at Mahindra facilities which account for these sudden problems. Maybe customers can live with lesser features without compromising on the quality and reliability factors. All in all, I would not recommend this vehicle to my near and dear ones because it fails in the reliability and quality control departments. I regret my decision to go for Mahindra, as it does not guarantee a hassle free ownership experience yet, even after so many years of its launch.

I have buyed it in Feb 2017 amazing car provides many features excellent about safely featured gets hill hold,hill desent,ABS,EBD ,also many such features gives a comfortable ride very good handling good mileage and also low maintenance cost .The performance of the car is really very good runs very smoothly even on high speeds .great dynamic looks .also interior is very good. But car feels bumpy on off-roads and high speed also gets noise in cabin .as it don't provide rear suspensions the car feels very bouncy on speed breakers and off roads. Engine makes little noise but not a big issue.as it's an diesal SUV. Overall very good excellent about styling and features really a cheetah inspired suv .and best in segment i am very happy for buying it. Its an best 7 seater in this price range. One can enjoy long drives in this car.because it's so spacious . Also gives standard features like sunroof, rear parking camera,etc and the multi info touchscreen is best shows everything about car like tire pressure, due for service warning,etc. Good SUV.best in class gives a comfortable ride in cities as well as on highways .as it's automatic. So no problem of gear shifts.good breaking quality and feels that it's stuck to the road because its handing is very fabulous even on turning at high speed.also breaking is very good best made of mahindra. Hands off to mahindra. Specially for its sporty looks.

We have driven our XUv 500 for more than 225000 Kms till now. Xuv is completely brilliant till 170000 kilometers and then we have to sepnd Rs.65000 to replace th AC compressor and other minor work as part of the Service.

Look wise car interior exterior bht badhiya hai fit and finish nhi hai quality bhi utni acchi nhi hai jitni price hai us hisab se performance bahut accha hai engine bhut badhiya hai punchy hai lekin cabin sound bahut irritate krta hai bht jada cabin noise hai hexa ki ride quality is far better than Xuv500 2018
