XUV 500 - Baap of all the SUV's in budget

Buying experience: I started looking for a sedan car to start with but soon realized that driving a sedan car with so many pot holes on roads won't be as much fun as you might think. This is when I started looking for a suv car in my budget which was not yet decided. I looked for duster, brezza, terrano, creta and I actually liked creta as a car because it is a spacious car with good features and driving capabilities but as soon as I saw xuv 500 from inside and saw it's features list I had no doubts in my mind about which car to buy. The only car I was then comparing it with was Fortuner but given the price difference of at least 16lacs for the basic version of fortuner I figured this was the right choice for me. I bought it from anant cars and the experience was great.
Riding experience: Driving seat is the most comfortable seat with electrically adjustable options. Pickup is pretty good when you have to overtake someone. I just love the height of car , it might look difficult to drive this car but I feel it becomes a lot easier to drive a car with such great visibility. Body roll is relatively high so basically if you drive at higher speeds and the road is not so good you might feel the size of car on turns.
Details about looks, performance etc: Looks are subjective I will give you my perspective of it. Exteriors: 1) From the front the car looks strong and perfect sized and structured SUV. 2) I don't like it's bigger tail lights on the back side but those are actually changed in the new version now and are looking pretty good now. So one negative is definitely gone. 3) From the sides it's decent looking no negatives there. Interiors: 1) I like how they have given small touches like lounge light , the xuv500 logo from side mirrors. 2) This thing has sunroof and it's pretty good. 3) Damn good AC separately for the last two seats . Cools pretty fast. 4) The way dashboard is structure I actually like the whole structure just that the quality of plastic looks little cheap at some places if try to look very closely. 5) Last two seats are actually pretty uncomfortable for adults but can sit for short rides . But once the last seats are open for seating there is no space for luggage. 6) Infotainment system is pretty awesome it has all the features you can ask for but the only downside is this car doesn't have some super awesome Harman speakers or such. It just has good quality speakers but not great. 7) It basically has alert for everything that can go wrong in a car such as brake pads, Tyre pressure etc
Servicing and maintenance: At least from expectation service charges are pretty low for such big car. But yeah I had to get the brake pads changed on 20000 kms and my back tyres pretty much gone at 25000 kms but that could all be just me . But the parts I guess are pretty cheaper compared to other brands where you might end up spending fortune for replacing part of such luxury car.
Pros and Cons: 1) All features from top end cars. Sunroof, hill descent, ebh, lounge light, keyless , logo projection, electrically controlled driver seat, six airbags, automatic headlights, automatic wipers and the auto turning Head lights is a great addition and is really helpful 2) Total value for money at the given cost. Cons 1) Higher body roll but I am not sure if that can become less with such big car. 2) Cheap plastic used at places in dashboard 3) Not so great speakers
