High on power but low on comfort

I am driving this car from last 2 years and have completed 64k km. Its a masterpiece of Mahindra which is ruling the SUV market since the last 18 years. Over the years few updates were seen, right from its exterior to minor interior updates. Scorpio is always the most rugged and tough look SUV and best suitable for Indian roads. But from 2002 to 2020 more or less its the same. It lacks comfort and safety. From my point of view following are some pros and cons : Pros: Macho and tough appearance The powerful and torquey engine Easy overtakes in low gears Good Road presence High ground clearance Suitable for both urban and rural areas Low on maintenance Good fuel efficiency Available in wide price range and variants Cons: Bumpy ride Interior plastic and quality could be better Poor back seat comfort Excess body roll Outdated interior Its a loved SUV for Indian as lots of emotions are attached to it but over the time being it needs to upgrade on quality and ride.
