Exterior Defect in paint & decal stickers.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Problem with rattling noise from hood, seat, dashboard etc. Dust & air noise even with a/c on recirculation mode. Dealer states that the same is encountered in all Scorpios. Feels like sitting in a boat at high seas. Inspite of various requests for the above & other problems no one from dealer & company responding. Vehicle in garage for more than a month in spite of the delivery taken about six months back. problem with bushes. Had to replace them at 30000 km( City ride ). not expected from a vehicle making its own road. Problem with wiper blades, water leaking near clutch pedal, problem with wind shield water motor, problem with head light bulbs, problem with doors, problem with glass winders, problem with tyre sensors, problem with hybrid during traffic, problem with getting an appointment, problem with reaching your helpline, problem with getting a reply from your end, problem with billing ( wrongly billed ).

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Vibration in vehicle even in idle position. reverse gear not falling properly in during mornings.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Centre & rear seats not comfortable. The positioning of a/c vent not proper for middle & rear seats.

Areas of improvement Timely delivery of vehicle. Attending to the customer at time fixed for appointment Fine detailing. After sales service. Changing your punchline ((((( WITH YOU HAMESHA )))))).
