I purchased my SUV on 28th December 2014 and have driven almost 11000 km purchased it for 8 lacks as i got a discount of 1 lack bcoz of year end discount. Absolutely no issues. I really dont understand what people want in this budget. I reasearched on this SUV for 1 year then took it. I also called the people who were selling their quanto on carwale and other websites.
People should understand its not a car its a SUV so dont expect pickup like a car or handeling. Only people who want to buy a budget SUV and like to drive a SUV buy it.

Scope of improvement on Gearbox and big tyres and if possible reduce the weight for more better pickup. Poor servecind done from Silverjublee motors pune hadapsar.

Exterior Looks ok. The wheel looks too small. For such a big vehicle
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Can be better. Lots of small boxes around.. Didnt really fancy the idea of having two charging points at third row, hardly a person can sit.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Could drive only up to 40 to 50kmph (thanks to Bangalore traffic). Driving was quite easy. There was no clear feel for gear shift.. (Yes, I cant expect the same refinement, what Maruti offers). It didn't matter for the car whether it was 2nd or 1st gear in bumper to bumper traffic.
Ride Quality & Handling Couldnt try much. Again I may take some time to adjust if I buy this. What i drive is a estilo, a humble hatch back. But initial acceleration, there is a lag. Probably I was not giving enough rev.
Lot of reviews, i read about body-rolling and bad suspension. This is something iam yet to check.
Final Words Good car. altogether. Yet to try high speed handling

Exterior Different design, no particular problem
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Extra seats in the rear are basically useless. The size of the seats is very small and the space around it is very small. It is not good enough to sit and not good enough to keep luggage.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very good pickup, but terrible mileage. Tested on 18.07.15 in early morning when traffic was scanty. Mileage did not exceed 11.60 kms per litre without A/c. Even on long distance driving on highways, mileage was 11.96 with A/c.
Ride Quality & Handling Rocks from side to side and throws a persons from side to side while negotiating small slopes and throws you up into the air on speed bumbs even with careful driving
Final Words If you want fuel efficient vehicle, purchase some other vehicle. Cheaper diesel, is offset by poor mileage of the vehicle.
Areas of improvement Mileage improvement and smoothness is needed while driving over bumbs/slopes. The middle seat also has space at the bottom, which allows things to roll over to the front.

Exterior Exterior is good and has fresh look to the usual SUV hence can be found to be dashing looks and a head turner.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Every thing looks good like quality, quantity & space. This car is useful for 5 adult & 2 Children/ thin members.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Everything looks good & very specific for use. I am thankful to Mahindra & Mahindra that while designing a Car every small thing take in to the account for comfort. I had drive 1200 Km, I got 16.20 Km/l so I have no problem for that. While gear changing is little harder, some problem in second gear while driving.
Ride Quality & Handling Due to its height, you will fell pride to drive. While driving a car at 140 km speed no vibration, no noisy atmosphere inside the car u never fell that u r car driving at 140.
Final Words Excellent. Far Far batter then DUSTOR.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Avg fuel economy shows 18 to 20 sometimes 22 on highway rides. good to believe if its true.
Ride Quality & Handling Good comfort, second row seats could have been with reclining option, but considering the sub 4m, it may not have been possible. AC for middle row was a problem, it hardly was reaching. after the first service it was rectified and is very effiecient now.
Final Words Very good value for money for those looking at a big car with lots of space, decent practical comfort, ride quality.
Areas of improvement Rear door gets shaky, i had this once and got it tightened, the problem is regurring again, possibly due to teh heavy weight of the door. Wipers are of poor quality.

engine performs nice. smooth ride at 110-120kmph.more than expected from 3 cyl car.

service part. must satisfy customers(at least during warrenty) to ensure further sales. Otherwise it would be a fiasco. Mechanical part is Good enough but electronics malfunctioning in not tolerable. It wont let the engine to start.
It took 20 days in resolving the problem and still in workshop.
Hope things would be improved to the earliest and want make me a sufferer from first car.

In this price range I only found a car with lot of internal space, Music System is good with all the latest facility except Bluetooth

Engine Performance is good, Within city never got average 10.5+ but exceptionally fine on highways if you manage speed of 90km then you will get around 21+, Gearbox is also fine tune.

I have been using Quanto C6 for past 8 months, initially I think it's not a worth buy, but if I look into the price tag and Segment/Non Segments cars Like Swift Dzire, Polo, Duster 85PS, SX4, Ritz, Eco Sport, Ertiga then I feel worth buy. Because Quanto have lot of feature which might not have/available in other segment in the same price tag.
But if I again want to buy a new car then Quanto will not be my choice, might be I go for XUV 500 or Safari Strome
Areas of improvement
Big flaw I have seen in after sales and service network, if you visit any of Mahindra service Center for any running repair they usually said we don't have any engineer who can assist you at this moment. Quality of service is also not up to the mark.

Exterior Looks like a mini Xylo/ blood brother of Xylo, but not as good as Xylo exterior.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Here the Quanto catches everyone with its features at this price tag, where arm rest for front seats, ABS, Rear Washer with Defogger, DTE,AVG Mileage, AC meter, but the auto stop/start system provided is nuisance. Also the space and comfort in the first and middle row is excellent but third row is strictly suitable for 5.5 or Kids.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is really smooth and hard enough to handle the roads with its twin turbo, but still there is a lag till 1500 rpm, but after that u can fly with your vehicle by keeping others in your rear view mirror except the previous model SWIFT diesels as thier ride and handling is different and gem while comparing in this price tag. Decent Fuel economy for SUV i.e is 11-12kms/ltr in city with 100% AC and 16-17Kms/ltr in Highways with 100% AC. Gear Box is reasonably smooth but not as good as Premium hatchbacks/sedans.
Ride Quality & Handling Bumpy Ride even on a little humps and in speed breakers, with an avg speed of 60-65kmps Cornering confidence is good since its a tall boy and normally tall boys not be stable as one of the hatchbacks/sedans due to shorter wheelbase and width. Body roll is there and one must have to take the test drive before going into it.
Final Words Reasonalbe VFM, Suitable for Joyfull weekends, if little bit Ride quality and handling is improved in quanto then surely there will be a waiting period equalent to swift @ sales.

I bought Quanto C8 in Oct. 2012 and it went well in eary 2-3 months but as if when i have driven 23000 driven, i can say that i am NOT satisfied with Mahindra Quanto C8. One of my Tyres of Bridge stone has plumped out froma side, engine is making lot of vibration. Bush uder radiater have worned out and service centers don't have it as spare. Mechanics are not trained and most of the service centers are doing service of all the Mahindra vehicles under one shed. Supervisor Sharma in Roorkee center trys to fool the customers. On my 3rd service when i left the my vehicle for one day, my pendrive and jack rod got stolen. What ever compaints they have addressed, they reoccured after some time.
Interiors are Very noisy inside, seats and dash board make noise. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: Engine vibrations are very high. Ride Quality & Handling: Cluch is so tight that i gets paining in left leg even agter small journey. Final Words: NOT Satisfied with its performance. Areas of improvement Clutch, engine vibrations.

The car has some basic problems, U need to get your AC Filter choked in every 40-45 days, So in Summers its a challenge. Winters, Hot Air starts after driving of 8- 10 KM,(by the time you reach office), ABS Indicator Remains ON, Noisy Car, Irritating Noises from eithers Door, or Seats or Shocker will keep on troubling. One need to bear atleast one noise at a time.

Basic Design needs to be rechecked , Major Flaws in , AC, Blower, Noise ,ABS, May be they need to work on Quality Issues. Its beautiful Ride on Non Bumpy, Smell Free, NON (AC/Blower), With all features malfunctioning one by one, Just some carefullness would have made this a beautiful car. Any hows, Thats upto M&M to decide I bought it i regret it.
