      I bought e2o considering environmental friendly car but it's a headache. Spare parts not available at dealership. battery is of very poor quality, and in 11000 km three cells got faulty, and though replaced by Mahindra but it takes 2 months to replace that. Never buy this still it is not proven, but Mahindra is experimenting on customer cost.

      Worst car. Every quarter batter gets discharged & needs to be replaced. Cost of 1 battery cell is 30000 & toal 16 cells in one battery. Not worth having. I regret my decision to own it

      Please don’t make the mistake of buying the 4-Door E2O Plus. I had the earlier 2-door E2O as well and that was super. However, the 4-door E2O Plus is the worst decision you could make. The car is fine but the music and the radio system is SH*T!

      1. You start listening to the radio and the channels change by themselves, every minute! Imagine listening to a song on one channel in the car radio and in 10 seconds the channel changes and just keeps scrambling. You go back to the channel again, but in another 10 seconds, it changes again! Happens every few seconds... forget about listening to the radio in peace while driving.

      2. The music/radio system is somehow (and for reason’s unknown to anyone) connected to the horn. So while listening to the radio, if you happen to horn, then it changes and starts playing the music from the USB and vice versa! No peace there either, can’t horn without disturbing the music flow.

      3. The touch screen for the music and all other things are sh*t as well. Soooo difficult to choose what you want to choose, whether channel, whether phone number, whether connecting Bluetooth etc. The E2O team is hell bent on making the consumer’s life difficult.

      4. Forget about connecting your Bluetooth or wifi to the car. Doesn’t happen. Just doesn’t. Even their own customer rep couldn’t do it when I showed the problem to him! All these problems have been there from the day I bought the car and have sent emails, Whatsapp messages, video proofs etc to the E2O team. But without any avail. Apparently they can’t do anything because the music/radio system is screwed for all E2O Plus cars that have been produced and sold!

      So there, that’s it! And yes, if you think all this is distracting while driving. You are right! I actually had a small accident when I got startled when the radio channel changed by itself. Paying more than 8 lacs for a car that doesn’t even get its basics right. UNACCEPTABLE. Too too too many issues... Do yourself a favour, buy any other car, don’t buy the E2O Plus. (I’ve got several video proof and mails to prove everything I’m talking about).

      I bought this vehicle last year since I regret on my decision to go green. If Mahindra was not ready with the vehicle then why they launched it. It got broken more than 10 time.

      In span of 1 year, 5-6 month of vehicle gone in service station. The company person do not provide any alternate vehicle in this span of breakdown. If person is having some good will for the environment, the thought will ruined with such vehicle. The vehicle can breakdown anytime, Infact at 95% of charge and in between heavy traffic. The frustration level with this vehicle you cannot imagine, seriously I want company to take back this vehicle. At the price tag of 12 lakh, company is providing nothing.

      Pathetic music system, No auto-lock while driving, No parking sensor and a lot more. Seriously, I do not recommend anyone to think about it. This vehicle is not economical at all with such breakdown; you are going spend a lot in cab services.

      I am a electrical carage user for last 10 years. I drove Reva since 2009 to 2017 for 90000 km. It was am excellent car. Unfortunately Mahindra after taking over Reva closed its production and came with e2o plus. I have p6 version since 2017 and have driven it about 21000 km. On my transfer, I shifted it from Delhi to Thiruvananthapuram. Here the service is extremely bad. They are not able to rectify the defects and takes months to procure every part. It's gear get stuck up every now and then but they claim it is ok. They promised to change cell of battery but couldn't after two months. It often shows zero charge though it is having full or near full charge and thereby don't start and start after five to ten minutes after repeated off and on. It is in guarantee period but I want to getrid of it if Mahindra take it back. I am afraid what will happen after guarantee period. I wish old Reva come back.

      I bought e20plus car 4 years, and since then, I am using it for everything, office commute, airport travel, and everything in city. it has been fabulous experience, almost trouble free service and maintenance costs, excellent space and family of 5 adults + 1 kid travel very conformably ( AC in back seat is a problem if we have 3 adults at back seat) . and even after 4 years, I am still getting 100% range (of course you will have to drive without AC and use regenerative braking as much as possible to get full range of 110 km) it is very surprising. I was never happy with any other car than this beauty.

      Buy this car and regret all your life. Totally unreliable. No Spain parts available with the dealers. Technicians don't know what is ring with the car. You will be stranded in the middle of the road and the breakdown will take hours to come. Recently l had a breakdown and got the car back after 20 days and it is back in the workshop after 2 days. The charged me 3500 for blown fuse if there is an rhetorical fault in an electric car is it my fault simply ' LOOT'.

      Battery life is poor. In 3 years 6 cells have changed. Initially 100% charge was giving 120 km and now it has dropped to 80 km for 100% charge. Don't buy. Every time service team rajesh approx two months time to return car after service.ac gas leaked two times, one cell costs you around 27000 with taxes and in total 16 cells so full battery replacement cost is around 4.4 lacs, in which you can buy another car

      It's a good car,mileage is good with AC around 70 know per charge, look is good, driving comfort is excellent,ac is so so, infotainment system is not upto the mark, suspension is bad, driving is smooth,no sound
