Bolero should have been the ideal rural SUV if Mahindra had put on a little more refinement.
1) Of all the DI engines, Mahindra's is the most noisy.
2) The front bumper bottom side ends are not well designed and are flimsy.
3) Earlier good double horns were OE, but now cheap single horn is given which I had to change twice within one year
4)Rear seat window controls inconvenietly placed.
5) In 4th gear at 60/65 kmph range, there is uncomfortable vibration and 70/5 overdrive also. Wonder why Mahindra cannot find a solution for this which is present in all DI & new CRDI Boleros.Pickup in sufficient.
6) Air conditioning is not sufficient compared to GLX models. The capacity of the compressor was reduced it seems.
7)Rear seat(2nd row) should have been foldable or removable as in other SUVs.
8) With more simple improvements this can become a very good, practical SUV beating others in the same segment.
