Owner review: Over hyped by the digital space

Worst pre sales and post sales support from Kia. It is as good as nothing. They don't respond to email or phone. They just don't care! Had not so good car buying experience. Post purchase their service is useless. Had a very serious issue when I gave my car for service at their workshop, as I wasn't satisfied with the workshop service I emailed Kia and guess what they did? They redirected the complaint to the same workshop. Received no call or a response on email asking if my issue was resolved. Kia has absolute ZERO pre or post sale support. Most parts or accessories are not available anywhere. The infotainment doesn't support most android device's android auto. Apple car play gets disconnected frequently. Driven the car for 500km mostly in city, the petrol engine is not powerful enough for good pickup, overall the car is decent, not as good as the hype suggests. Imt transmission is the only thing that I feel give sonet an edge over other cars. Don't get influenced by the digital space. Make a wise purchase decision.
