Buying experience was amazing as the sales manager guided me so well. Also I got the color i desired with no waiting. There were some issues initially like door mild noise, wipers n music system bump but the Kia executives were on it on time and got fixed promptly. This is my 2nd car and overall 5 stars for KIA.
