Service and mainntance

First of all I am fortunate to become the part of KIA family,I really liked this car in terms of design, interior and exterior and car performance, however, I was surprised about KIA staff service it was not acceptable,I had taken some chrome which fog light chrome they did not fit properly. Which resulted in its fall down, I was not expected their so-called service literally. please KIA works on it, despite that Mr Dinesh has given me good support and shown great professionalism. thanks.
