Kia is a cheating company .they fool the customers of India by giving false price. I have booked and waited for 2 months now i come to know that they suddenly increased price of 60000 rs on car price. If they cant give the car at offered price than why they did scam by false advertising about prices? Kia is not a brand they do just a false promise and big cheater. Never buy this. Any time they close the company and say bye bye to Indians.

It is very unethical to increase the car price up to 70k within the 45days from its price revel and within 1week from the delivery of cars. comparatively high price increase with other car manufactures. Good to hear more people started cancelling the booking...

While booking time they never told. within days they increased the price 12%, more than 1.5 lakh. even we booked the car after launch, they cheated the customers. they told me it is a market strategy.

This company is highly unethical, they increased prices of the car in just 45 days and didn't deliver the car to people who had booked so that they could milk Indians with greed. The people who had booked this car is on a mass cancellation spree.

I was initially impressed with the car and so decided to visit the showroom, where I had a bad experience. The salesman assigned didn't really show any interest. He did not explain all the details of the variant that I was looking to buy. Also the variant was not there on display. Without seeking the car physically or getting information about it, I couldn't get a feel of what I was going in for. A test drive was not offered. So now I have decided to change my pfrereence of the car brand and manufacturer and go in for a car where all I formation and a test drive is available, and the I can take an informed decision.

After lots of research and not finalizing vehicle due to longer delivery period ( 6months tp 12 months) finally finalized Kia Carens prestige plus with Lohia Kia, (Noida) who informed that vehicle will be delivered by 3 months, however on paper they will write as 20-21 weeks as what they receive from KIA. With this information I booked this model on 24th April 2022., (20-21 weeks from 24th April comes near to 1st -2nd week of September.) After 3 months of regular follow up, GM sales informed that vehicle will be delivered as per delivery date commitment as mentioned in sale invoice and so we have waited. On week 20 (near to delivery day) mail came from Lohia Kia that vehicle delivery will be further delayed by 11 week however if you wants to buy another version, it can be worked out. My whole family has waited for 20 weeks with so many dreams and suddenly mail come that it will be further delayed, we were shattered. This additional wait time could be endless also. Now here the game begins-sales executive called and offered you top version of this car but naturally with a higher price. At this juncture you don't have another option left but to buy higher version of this car to cater the dream of your family especially kids. Situation created enforced me to buy high end model of this car (additional price) on purely a fake and cheating methodology adopted by Kia. i could have booked some other trustworthy purely Indian Brand car who fulfill their commitment. I am writing this story coz came to know that this is happening with many customer of KIA and it means KIA is adopting this as a regular practice of doing unethical business. further higher version of this car is of no us for me.

I have driven 3000 kms. About 4 times so far it is reading as engine system malfunction due to failure of diesel filter regeneration. The company guys have no clue what is to be done. Every time I take the car, they do manual regeneration and after few hundred kilometers it is the same problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this car.

Compared to other SUV and MUV on budget within 10-15Lakh, it's the best choice in the segment. Very comfortable and good boot space. Best part is not shaking like Scorpio if crosses above 80/hr. Ground clearance better than Bolero n Marazzo. Great option to buy.

My buying experience is good but after few kilometers of riding engine noise is very loud and not smooth as before and looks was good and very comfortable but car which is not value for money. Service and maintenance coming to point service cost was heavy and free service cost me around 5k and the 2 and service cost around 6.5k mainly focus on inside car the plastic parts make noise while riding inside the built quality was poor I recommend not to but not for value of money thank you.
