USER EXPERIENCE OF HYUNDAI HYUNDAI VERNA 2018.

This year I upgraded myself to the All new Verna. I purchased the on 5th September 2018. I opted for the sx variant petrol which I think is the most value for money variant as it has got all the useful features. I have done 1000kms and the first service is yet to be done. The 1.6 petrol engine is very punchy in terms of performance and accelerates very well it has six gears and the shifts are very smooth. The engine being most powerful in segment produces 122hp and 155nm of torque and with these figures it definitely does not feels depressing to drive.The car feels very stable at high speeds unlike the old Verna and handling of the car has improved drastically, now it feels more confident around corners and there is very negligeble amount of body roll almost no body roll. The engine aces in terms of refinement and its very powerful yet fuel efficient. It gives me an average of 12.5kmpl (city + highway combined) and it will increase after the first service I think. It's very well built car, the metals feels solid and strong and the doors shut with a thud. And, I think the built quality is one of the best in class. Talking about the interiors, it feels very premium and the quality of materials used are very high and the buttons are very satisfying to touch. And the cabin quality feels superior to its rival and it feels class apart. The ac cools the cabin in less than a minute and it's rear ac vents are very effective, overall the ac is very powerful. The car comes equipped with a 7 inch infotainment system that supports Android auto, Apple carplay and mirrorlink and it also has an inbuilt navigation system the touch is very smooth and responsive its very easy to use. There are 4 speakers and 2tweeters in the car and the sound output is absolutely phenomenal and the presence of arkamys sound mood enhances it.Where the Verna lags behind the competition is the rear seat space if not legroom but still that's not a point for complain as it has very good thigh support. The front seats are wide and comfortable and they grab me well around the corners. Overall the car is very well put together it aces in terms of power, comfort and build quality. Being one of the cheapest car in the segment its still a great value for money in the c segment and the benefits outweigh the price Hyundai has commendable job . I would definitely recommend this car to others.
