Exterior There is white smoke within 5000 kms,

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The roof leakage up of driver seat.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox There was gear problem within 2000 to 2500 kms the gear was getting slipped and car was becoming netural and racing at that point.

This is mail regarding my car Hyundai  Santa Fe (MH 12 GX 9909)purchased on

15thmay 2011 from Kothari Hyundai and registered under name of Ms. Sangeeta Bhagawan Kolte…..

I have launched complaint regarding the performance of the car and some other technical problems which are mentioned below:

1)   First issue       :Within 500 to 1000 k.m.s during my drive to Kolhapur,5th,6th                                                and reverse gear was getting slipped and car was accelerating on the road  and there was a problem for me

2)   Second issue: During rainy season in Pune there was roof leakage.

 

After this two issue I took my car to Kothari Hyundai Kharadi service center on 1stAugust 2011 for repairing for the above mention problems but they should not repaired my car and gave back my car to me after 15 to 20 days

 

3)   Third issue: again the roof leakage.

4)   There was white smoke which was coming from car bonnet and every where

 

 

To solve the above mentioned all problems and again I am handing over my car on 19 sep 2011   to Kothari Hyundai   Kharadi service centre.. And when I went there after few days to check the status of my car servicing. I came to know that they have not yet started the work and the car is lying in the service station as on the day of 19 sep 2011   in the same condition… after making enquiry with about status of my car but they are replying arrougantly Ride Quality & Handling

Poor quality but good for handling within any speed this is the god point

Final Words Harresment ,poor work and they are selling the defective peace.

Areas of improvement Full car,  Hyundai review till the car is getting selled the show room people speek sweetly after that if car is in any problem they speak arrogantly.
