Surperb Design, Great Interiors, Power & Mileage should have been better.

I had Grandi10 before I purchased this car. I wanted a car with higher stance and with looks and feature Hyundai offers, Active i20 caught my eyes. There is not even a single feature that this car lags in it's price range. And looks, it's amazing. Everything offered in this car is above par. Here is my review after driving for 25000 Kms in 18 months. 1. Mileage: *** This car gives a mileage of 10kmpl-11kmpl when driven in City. (With Ac because when you do not turn on the ac, the mileage go up by 2kmpl). When Driven on highways, I have been able to fetch a mileage upto 16.5 kmpl. (When driven below 100 kmph. When you go above 115-120 kmph, the mileage reduces to 12.5 kmpl-13kmpl). 2. Engine (power) : *** The 1197 CC Engine which produces 83 BHP is not enough for this vehicle. It lags power, especially in lower gears. It has the same engine which Grandi10, Xcent or Elite i20 have. However, 83BHP for those vehicle is good enough. Especially for Grandi10 and Xcent. They are rocket. However, because of heavier body, it isn't enough for Active i20. The rest is great and above par. Thanks, Abhishek Singh
