I brought the car 3 months back and unfortunately met with an road accident last month. Response from Hyundai road side assistance is terrific and horrible. My phone is damaged and I managed to call them from other guy's phone and they made me call so many numbers and almost 3 hours got wasted in calls without getting any help. Finally the response from them is that first I need to get the car on the road since it went off the road and crashed on road side and then I need to call them after which they will tell me how much time it will take for them to send a vehicle and how much time it will take for vehicle to reach the accident place.Finally I've got fed up with them in that situation and brought the car myself after spending 25,000 RS from my own pocket which is not reimbursable again.And accident is so bad that car engine got damaged and all the body got structurally damaged after rollover and crash in high speed. But still the airbag didnot come up.As a car, I like my I20 very much but after all this experience I felt helpless with Hyundai after sales service. Now it is more than 1 month since I put my accidental car in Hyundai service centre by paying 250 rs for each day and still insurance work is not being taken care. And to my wonder , I got zero dip insurance cover but still they are saying there will be some depreciation and cut off charges in insurance process
