\r\n i20 (Magna) with Brij Hyundai (Agra) on 19th Sep 09. Since I was very particular about delivery date (Oct 15), I made it very clear that I want it on that day only else I don’t want it now. They readily accepted the delivery date and till the very last moment (Oct 13) they were giving me assurance that I will get my vehicle on due date. By the end of Sep I have transferred a sum of Rs 3.5 Lcs in dealers account. Rest of amount I was planning to pay at the time of delivery.

 
Now\r\nat the very last moment Oct 13 they told that they can’t deliver the\r\ncar because of production issues at HMIL and promised to deliver\r\nimmediately after diwali. I somehow digested that and waited till 4\r\ndays after diwali, yet no one contacted for delivery. I\r\nbeing employed in Bangalore consistently kept calling Brij Hyundai\r\nmanagement, but all i get was rude replies. One lady called Bina and properitor B.D. Sharma either chose not to give pick the calls or give rude answers. After\r\nlots of hectic efforts they finally told me that they will deliver by\r\nthe end of Oct. I was really not convinced by chose to wait. Now when i\r\ngetting near month end they said that they will deliver in first week\r\nof Nov.  Height of unprofessional attitude and callousness is that after waiting this much they are telling me to withdraw the booking. I would have readily done that if financer was not involved. Now even after ~2 months I have not got the delivery of the car.

Now\r\nthe worst part, I tried contacting Hyundai Motor Customer Service and\r\nall I got was we will call you within a day sir. I contacted them on\r\nOct 30 and till now no call.

    I am really pissed off when I am writing this review. I  thought of gifting i20 to my parents on eve of Diwali which coincides with my Mothers b’day. So I booked an
