    Good Car, Poor After Sales Service

    Exterior Exterior is nicely built and design according to me is obviously good.

    Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features in this car and comfort is really good. Key less entry, start/stop button and many small small feature will definitly enable your driving experience a lot.

    Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is not noisy and no feedback of engine while you are driving in which ever gear you are in. Initial response of the engine when you hit the peddle is also great. I get 11-12 with AC in City Road and 14km approx in highways. without AC do add 1-2 km max.

    Ride Quality & Handling Grand i10 have a really great ride quality and handling be it in city road or in highways. I love to drive and hence this car never took away my love for driving rather it enhance the ride experience.

    Final Words I would not buy Hyundai during my next time car change as I feel its not only the car what matters but the after sales service also matter. Specially in Kolkata they service center will misguide you, will make you change parts which are working absolutly fine and then they can even damage things and can claim that the car came in that condition. I had a horrible experience buy my neighbour who is owning an Indian brand had a great after sales experience and I everytime talk to him get amazed by those small small value addition the service center gives to customers and thus enhance the experience.

    Areas of improvement No dispute resolution process in service center. If something is done wrong by the service center then its always the customer who need to pay. Thats fixed, whatever logic the customer gives. First time I have ignored by paying, second time I had raised complain but closed without resolution and third time I have changed service center where again my experience is also not great.  I do not want to be too negative in my thoughts and conclude and hence just gave specifics of my experience.
