Exterior Great style. Love the fluidic design.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious cabin and boot, good for small family, Fit and finish excellent, low NVH. MID suggests which gear to drive in. It helps in increasing FE and maintaining correct gear in correct speed. No FE, Instant FE, Distance to empty figures. MID shows useless information like average speed, total travel time.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Refined. Sometimes unable to judge if engine is on or off -it is so silent!😊
Ride Quality & Handling Good suspension - niether hard nor soft. No problem in negotaiting Indian roads with potholes and big sized speed breakers. Handling good but this is strictly a commuter car. Don't expect to rev it like Polo GT. It is no drama A point to B point simple family car.
Final Words If you are looking for a family commuter, Grand i10 is the best available car with peace of mind long term ownership. TATA Tiago is also a good option, however it has service problems and niggles starts right from day 1.
Areas of improvement Add FE, Instant FE, Distance to empty figures in MID. Ride can be made more stiffer.

Overall good car for small family. It having lots of feature and comfort. Gear box is very smooth and engine also very good and grand i10 having good motor and there is no noise. You will feel it when you drive a car. Steering is very light. When you enter the driver seat. You will feel it luxury car. Nice features like Steering mounted controls, ORVM Controls, parking sensors, cooled glove box, rear AC vent, boot space, 1Gb internal memory. While HIGHWAY drive you will feel tired and in highway if you drive more than 350 you will feel tired (neck pain) for big SUV car you will not feel tired. Horn is very worst. I would suggest install dual horn after market. Head light also not upto the market. If you are frequent night driving suggested to change head light. Mileage is poor. Grand i10 petrol ASTA In city 12km per litre with AC. In highway 14.5 km per LITRE With AC For safety purpose it is a light weight Car, Rear bumper is very delicated one, if you hit small object it will damage a lot. It will come up WITH ABS only top end variants. Overall good car for small family and value for money. You will get every feature in Top end ASTA if you frequent highway driver suggested to go for elite I20.

I purchased a Hyundai Grand i10 Asta (Petrol) in December 2015 and i am happy to state that this car is wonderful. The engine is powerful, I felt no power lag. I drove it above 160km/h and the control of the car is amazing. The Interiors are too good and there are some features like Internal Storage (Available in Older Version), Glove Box Cooling, Rear AC, etc. This car is truly better than any car of its class like Ignis, Swift, Figo, Micra, Brio. Must Buy if budget is 4.50 to 7 lacs.
