I purchased the New Vehicle Hyundai Grand i10 Sportz model on 14 April 2015 from the KLG Hyundai Chandigarh. There was an issue with the Accelerator/Pick up even after changing gears and the acceleration doesn't go above 20Kms. It was not understandable that how a brand new car from a great brand Hyundai would have such troubles after running just 200km approximately.
The car was towed away from my home to KLG Hyundai showroom in Hyundai recovery van for rectification on 22 May 2015. After all the diagnosis by the technicians of the KLG and Hyundai it was found that the car engine is having some defect and it has to be replaced. The new car engine assembly reached in KLG Hyundai on 5 June 2015 and it was installed by KLG and as of now the vehicle is still having the same problem. Hyundai and KLG officials are saying to again go for a new engine assembly replacement.
I haven't got any communication regarding the rectification of the Vehicle nor the status of the vehicle by concerned people, I always have to call or send an email to get the status which always went unheard by the officials.
Their customer service is pathetic , No body listen to your concerns at all.
