 No words!!!.Hyundai team have  done a very nice job.It's body trims and fluidic design is a feast to eyes. Very cute looking car. Ladies will definitely love it .Ways ahead to maruti.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort

Very nice compared to other rivel models.Sufficient boot space.Expect back row seat should need slight more leg room.But any way good job by hyundai. very Spacious front seats similar to 1 20.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Good.Lacks power in 4th gear.21km/lit ,Vibration in gear lever,but not a big problem.

Ride Quality & Handling

 Excellent even compared to i 10.Even at high speeds, i really wondered how nicely car can be handled. i have driven i20 and i 10. But i really like this car.

Final Words

 i could n't believe it's an entry level car .A nice product from Hyundai in the class of 800 cc.Really a good winner and will rocks in the 800 cc segment.No doubt.

Areas of improvement  

 

 Vibrations in gear to reduce.Give slighly more power abt 60Bhp @ 5500 rpm.slighly more rear leg room.

Excellent fluidic design,Very good Stability.Excellent interior.Initial vibration,Could have slightly more power.

 very good looking, attractive. it looks very good in white colour. the outside view is restricted . can not see bumper so it is difficult to know the edges of car. pillar A makes problems in visibility while driving at curves.

 spacious and looks luxurious. can not say much comfortable as like in i20 or swift but good as compared to its price. dashboard is very rich.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 fuel economy is very good it gave me 21km/l. for all those who got less average is due to their drivng style.

Ride Quality & Handling

 very good ride quality and handling. gear vibrates in less gears.

Final Words

 it is a luxurious car in less budget. but hyundai should have given some discounts as like maruti. very good in fuel economy. overall it is better than maruti alto

 hyundai could have cut its luggage space and given more legroom to rear passengers.

Exterior I have around 20 cars standing in my street. My Maharaja Red Eon appears stylish of all them. Who ever cross the car takes a look at the car and envy. In front of high valued cars, this cars looks very be beautiful. In office when the car is parked in mid of all my co-employees car, Eon looks separately.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Never felt like sitting in a entry level car. Always feeling like sitting in a high valued car. Bucket type front seat are very comfortable. Music system and leather seats given as a bonus for this version is a additional benefit for me.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 16 kms per litre. Very decent when compared to others.

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent comfort. Excelling steering feeling.

Final Words Best in its class. Very lucky to own this car when compared to Alto class.

Areas of improvement Reduction in price by Rs.10000/- to Rs.20000/- will pull it to high number sales.

Exterior Beautifully designed, good compact car :)

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Rich with wide dashboard, resembles sedan in interiors except the rear leg space :) spacious for the front passengers. AC is good, but pulling sucks with AC :(

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Only problem is with pulling and performance while driving with AC on :( Fuel economy varies depending on the road. To give an example, I got only 14.2 kmpl last time where I had driven in rural area with very bad roads + AC :( but very next week, I got around 19-20 kmpl on smooth roads. Have to get the mileage checked once from the dealer.

Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality, comfortable for highways. But village roads, it lacks power :( But for a 800cc segment car, it is quite OK :) power steering is awesome :) gear liver shaking at lower RPM is a problem :(

Final Words I got my Eon Era+ (Prestine Blue) on 10-09-12 and the very first day, when I was driving to home, school kids walking by road, started to stand, with their hands waving and shouting "SOOPER EON" :) Felt very happy :) have felt the presence of my car many times, college boys stunned to see it !!!! Few of them have captured my car into their cell phones !!!!!!! Really a head turner :) Worth for the price :) Far better than Alto in terms of Design and style. But performance is the only thing that may be finger pointed :(

Areas of improvement Gear box and liver needs improvement :( price can be reduced by atleast 20K to substantiate :)

Exterior Gives a feeling of a top end car.the aerodynamics are great & pleasing.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Overall good styling, and reasonable space.Comfortable seating & good interiors. this looks much better compared to the alto & spark. the boot is also quite spacious.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine performance is good, however, am having problem with the gear box.it gets stuck occassionally, nd creating problem.have raised this with the company officials. i had owned a alto prior to this & changed that since it was 6 yrs old. the alto has been a non problematic car in 6 yrs with little maintenance. while this needs to be seen in the Eon, but except the gear box, everthing else looks prefect.

Areas of improvement Definetely the company needs to look at the gear box. this was one area where i read negative reviews, chcked with the salesman that this is resolved or not. but in my opinion the problem still remains, though the company executives are not ready to acknowledge it.

Final Words A good choice for middle class family who are looking for a car below 4lakhs. The only advice I would like to give you all is, understand that this is a small car with just 824cc. So you dont feel power like an i10 or santro. This car has its own limitations. But trust me this is the best car among all the cars available in the market for this price. Its interior is not congested like in Maruti 800, Alto etc. 5 people can travel comfortably in this car. AC is also good. But you will not feel power while driving with AC on. But this is common in all cars below 800cc.

Areas of improvement We can feel engine vibrations in the gear box. This need to be fixed as almost every customer is complaining about the same.

+ Stands out in the crowd.

+ Integrated rear spoiler looks nice.

- Protruding radio antenna in the front could have been avoided (it can be removed).

+ Spacious enough for 4 average people though the company claims it can seat 5.

+ Dashboard with in-built stereo looks cool.

- Bluetooth connectivity is missing (auido kit costs ~13k when bought separately).

+ Dual trip meters, gear shift indicator.

+ Front seats are ergonomically designed.

- Vertically adjustible driver seat should have been voted against tiltable steering.

- Back side power windows could have been a plus.

# There was a limited edition D-lite+ for some time  with all features of Magna+ at a lower price but the additions would be done by the dealer and not company-fitted.

- Pickup is average considering its 800cc engine.

+ Current models have nearly zero gear vibrations.

VFM, HandlingPickup

Exterior I have a blue EON and i guess this is one of the best colours in this car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It has a sufficiently good boot space, and for 4 people its pretty roomy the AC is very powerful, my hand get numb after few minutes 😄.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Power is pretty low when you are in the 2 nd gear and it requires frequent gear shifting beacause of that but once you are in a higher gear it will just not feel like a 800 cc car, my car currently gives 18kmpl in city traffic.

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth drive and  maneuverable.

Final Words If you compare eon with other cars in the same category like alto 800 and spark then definately eon will score above them it terms of better space, comfort and performance. If its your first car then this is a good choice.

Areas of improvement They could have a higher engine capacity and the price could be more competitive.

Sporty exterior, classy interior, good AC, mileageLess powerful

Exterior looks good but the front  and rear apearance is not  that great compared to other hyundai cars , it looks form the sides.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It is all good if compared with others within same price range, click noise coming out of teh AC vent once it is on hyndai will charge you a lot to get that fixed, oer all ives u good ride qulity.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine will crave for more power once you turn on the AC, fuel economy is as per hyndai adv and little problems with reverse gear.

Ride Quality & Handling Eon will score 90.

Final Words It is good entry level car.

Areas of improvement Music system gvn with the car does not support amp as well, as informed bt service tech even if u insatll it the sound quality will never be good. Thats what they lied abt.
