Discomfortness.

I bought Hyundai Elite i20 elite 2 years back 2016 january model. I like this car very much now totaly disappointed because of the issues faced in this CAR. Fronts seats are totally uncomfortable specially driver seat. As a result it leads to back pain at my back near tail bone.. May be its a manufacture defects. I offently registered my complaint regarding this at hundai authorized service center . But there is no proper responce . Problem is still there. Its my request to you please pay serious attention towards my genuine problem . I already alert you regarding this. If I will not get any solution from hundai as soon as possible.
