Hyundai Fluidic design tradition continues

Exterior Hyundai Fluidic tradition continues. All Hyundai cars (except Santro) have similar face thats attractive Fluidic design.

The draw back of this design is, Front Indicators are between Headlamps & Front Grill, at times not clearly visible, when lamps are in high beam and there is Fog OR distance is too much.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The car offers good space with very comfortable seating and interior features.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is a big let down, specially Diesel. Diesel cars dominate this segment and Verna's engine fails to come even close to the competition. Cruze, Laura have much better Diesel engines.

Ride Quality & Handling The under-power of the engine shows in poor drivability of the car. While over taking car often tires out. Overtaking in 5th gear is problem, for fast manuvers 3rd gear has to be engaged. Whereas Cruze & Laura easily do fast pick-up while over-taking in 5th gear itself.

Final Words Good package BUT with under power engine. Slow engine shows in slow sale of the car.

Areas of improvement Engine needs to be urgently upgraded to 1800-2000 C.C. and Front indicator needs to be placed at better place like in Santro (Hyundai car), Cruze, Laura etc.
