Aura SX 1.2 Petrol Mileage

I have been spending a lot on petrol ever since I purchased this car back in December 2020. The Mileage in City is about 7 km/l and in best conditions is 9 km/l (both with ac on). The highway mileage is about 15 km/l. This is my 7th Car. I earlier drove a Honda Jazz diesel which gave me 16 km/l in City and over 23 km/l in highway. I wanted to go for Honda Amaze after selling my Jazz but changed my mind at the last moment and went for this. I regret my decision very badly and this is a really a big burden for me as I am paying monthly EMI and am really afraid to take it out. I had bought this car during December offer and i doubt that they might have given me a defective vehicle with lot of price discounts. I have heard people saying that they get 11-12 km/l in City but that's way too much than what I get in Chennai City traffic. The interiors are ok but the rear seat space and comfort is very poor for a car at this price. My previous car had a great space for 3 people at the rear. So very poor product in all counts. Please do not waste your money buying this car.
