      Disappointed experience, regret waiting for this car. Hyundai does not know what comfort is, trying to squeeze 6 people in 4 seater car. How can the sales, product team that bad in assessing what customer wants in India and what competition is .

      Pros : Fantastic interior, smooth drive and feature loaded. Build and Finish is really good. Blue link features and function are fantastic. Bose Audio is really awesome sound quality says it all. Cabin Illumination is good. Interior colors are pleasing. Seating is comfortable. Cons :Feels a bit underpowered on hills while climbing. Rest is simple fantastic to drive . Headlights could be better .

      Fantastic ride in the city and and on the highways. Outstanding features like 360 degree camera, overspeed warnings, air quality index and lock warning through blue link. Quiet and peaceful engine.

      The buying experience was amazing. After booking Alcazar, I was slightly worried about the fuel economy as so many reviews gave out very worrying figures, but now after driving few hundred Kilometers, I am now quite relieved. The car in heavy traffic conditions gives around 7.5 km/l, and in normal traffic with average speed around 30 kmph average is 10 km/l. On highways it is around 14 km/l.. This is very comparable to most petrol cars of equivalent size.

      We booked this car recently. Me and my wife took test drive.As we are mainly city drivers, it suits our need. Though comparatively shorter than it's 7 seater rivals, it has the largest wheel based than safari and XUV 700. Less body roll than safari and XUV700.Interior is far premium than XUV700.Sufficient power output petrol model we drove.Yes at lower speed you may feel a bit less exciting to drive. But overall nice car

      The success of Creta might have dared Hyundai to fix the price of Alcazar very high but this is overconfidence. With an extra row of cramped seating and cosmetic changes, Hyundai is charging 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs(on road price) extra than its similarly configured Creta. With this pricing, prospective buyers may switch to HECTOR PLUS/SAFARI/CRYSTA which are a class higher.

      Car delivery experience was awesome. Purchased the value for money variant diesel prestige 7 seater manual variant. The white colour adds beauty to the car. The 1,5 engine does the job with 7 seats. It never felt underpowered. Good ground clearance with a massive panoramic sunroof. First service is free so no issue with it. Pros: Comfortable driving experience, sunroof, mileage 23 km on the highway and in city 18 km/l Cons: should have side curtain airbags in base variant and rain-sensing wipers too are missing

      Acceleration is amazing. It is barely a week old and just drove around 200 kms in the city. After 1st servicing I am sure mileage will increase, but as of now I am getting a steady 10.5 to 11 km/l with AC in 20 degrees auto mode. I have seen many youtube videos where they mentioned that diesel engine is a lag. Alcazar is just 80 kgs heavier than a Creta. So imagine driving a Creta with a 80 kgs co-passenger. Nobody ever complained of the Creta being underpowered. I drove the Harrier and Safari and due to the hydraulic steering it becomes a bit heavy to drive in city traffic. 168 bhp on a Safari is deliciously good for performance enthusiasts but then they should also consider a 550 kgs heavier vehicle. Alcazar is such a joy to drive in the city traffic as well as lanes with lots of turns. Acceleration of the car in comfort mode is mind blowing which I tested with 4 people seated. I don't understand which people find Alcazar diesel underpowered. This is amazingly tuned engine by Hyundai and the 6 speed torque converter automatic is such a blessing. This is definitely the best and a very powerful SUV with the most features in its segment. I drove and also test drove many models after which I considered Alcazar. Diesel model after 1st servicing should give 14-15 km/l in city and 19-20 km/l in highway if driven in a relaxed manner. Using sports mode and driving at 150 kmph will of course reduce fuel efficiency. I will 100% suggest Alcazar to everyone. Easy handling, great comfort, best in segment mileage, great looks and amazing diesel automatic engine makes Alcazar a must buy.
